Waterfront vacation rentals in Newlyn

A very enjoyable stay in this lovely, contemporary, spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet and peaceful location. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed and two lovely double bedrooms and two shower rooms was ideal for four adults. It was quick and easy to walk into town, though a bit more effort to walk back up. Just love St Ives!

We absolutely loved the view from the apartment and it had everything we needed for our weekend away. The location is perfect and the apartment was very clean, we wished we booked to stay longer now and can’t wait to visit again!

A wonderful New Year’s stay at Alex’s apartment, felt warm and cosy when we arrived. Close to bars and restaurants, lots going on in the town the apartment block itself is very quiet. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much.

Our third stay in this delightful apartment, and hopefully not our last! Cosy and comfortable, and equipped with everything we need. Janet is a considerate and responsive host, and the property is looked after to a very high standard. We love sitting out on the terrace (even in December!) watching the comings and goings on the water. Falmouth is a vibrant and attractive town, and there are many good walks in the vacinity.

Janette’s place is lovely and perfect for any length stay. It’s peaceful and has amazing sea views from all windows. Lots of wildlife from the balcony - we saw seals and dolphins and many baby seagulls. The kitchen was well equipped which is often rare in self catering places. We cooked a few meals during our stay without problem. St Ives was also great with lots of food and cafe options right on your doorstop - we’d recommend St Eia and Yallah. Can’t recommend enough. Only thing to note - if you’re nervous driver like me then parking was difficult. We parked the car for a week at the Island Car Park which wasn’t busy in January, but getting to the car park was stressful. Narrow roads and little road signage so plan ahead of time!

Steve's place was perfect for our stay in Falmouth. Onsite parking is a massive perk and the location couldn't be more central. Having everything within walking distance was amazing. The flat was lovely, clean, and warm + fully stocked with kitchenware and games. Communication was great, too. Would book this place again if I'm back in town!

This is a fabulous apartment with great views across Mounts Bay to St Michael's Mount. The 2 double bedrooms are comfortable, the bathroom has a shower with good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped. We had spectacular sunrises and sunsets and on our first morning a pod of 6 dolphins were 50 m away straight across from the balcony. The flat came with some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing powder and tin foil - perfect. It so frustrating when hosts highlight facilities and then expect you to come on holiday with, say, dishwasher tabs. It's about a 5 minute walk to the station and 12mins to the centre of penzance. Supermarkets 5 mins drive away Emma is very quick to respond to any questions.

Absolutely gorgeous 3 night stay. Lots of attention to detail and well thought out studio. The best bits about this place have to be the proximity to the beach, the view of the sea and the fact you can sit inside or out and just sit and look at the most incredible view and listen to the waves. Rachel was helpful in accommodating and extra nights stay and a late checkout.

We had the best time at Cregoes. It’s the perfect house for families and the view is incredible. It’s spacious and well appointed. We will definitely be back!

This is the second Christmas we’ve stayed at Richard’s place and we plan (hope) to book again for next year. The location is perfect as you can walk down to the beach and the Cove cafe. The air bnb itself is great. It has everything you need and the views from the conservatory are stunning. Richard is really friendly and responsive. 12/10 would recommend!

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and Melanie also kindly arranged some decorations as we were staying over Christmas. The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach which was only 5 mins walk away. The swimming pool and other facilities were excellent, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's great for a family holiday with lots to do nearby and on site.

What an amazing place to stay! We’ve had some lovely Airbnb holidays in Cornwall and this tops them all. Carry and Zak are terrific hosts - such friendly people and the accommodation was perfect! It was so clean and had everything we needed + extras such as board games, books and DVDs (not forgetting a welcome bottle of wine + treats which was very kind and thoughtful). The sea view from the upstairs bedroom was incredible and the peace and quiet was bliss :) we’d definitely like to stay again xx

Jane was a very helpful and responsive host. The property was situated both close to coast and the town. So we could explore the local area easily on foot. The house was comfortable and clean with all that we needed. We also explored the stunning nearby coastline. It was a great stay. Thank you.

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

Sharon went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas week was warm, cosy and full of treats and sparkle! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thank you so much. Our Springer also loved it there, plenty of local places to walk the dog too.

Fantastic flat in a great location that is 5 mins walk from lively and vibrant high street as well as a stunning harbour and beach. Flat was clean, well equipped, and worked very well with a 1 year old as well. Highly recommended

Great place to spend the night if you’re in the area - and a very central location

Jody and James’ place was perfect for our stay. Easy to find and ideally situated for a trip in Southern Cornwall, and they recommended some fantastic local places to eat nearby. The place itself was clean and had all the required amenities. The massive bathtub is also a huge plus! We’d highly recommend staying in this fab apartment.

We had a lovely week at Amanda's place. The shared kitchen and living area was comfortable and spacious with lovely views of the sea through the bay window and french doors. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were two couples. The twin bedroom was slightly cramped for two adults and all the stuff that they brought for the week, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom adequate with a good powerful shower. It was easy to walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops in town and to explore all our favourite haunts from years ago. The cliff path to Swanpool and the walk along the seafront to Castle Drive was virtually on our doorstep. Thank you , Amanda. Staying here made our week easy and fun.

No thought should strike your mind if you are looking for a great property at the right price. There are amazing once’s but what this is worth every single pound you pay. Kerry has been a great host, the house has a lovely sunrise by the beach, have lot of good eatery and bars. Station, euro car all just a few min walk. As I started No Brainer just pick it up.

I recently stayed at the apartment with my wife and two young daughters, and I'm pleased to say that our experience was fantastic. The location of the apartment was ideal for our needs and the host was great. They were friendly, responsive and ensured that the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect place for our family to stay and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great holiday experience.

Really lovely flat to stay in. Close to lots of local amenities and a great view of the harbour and life boat station. Catherine gave very helpful instructions about check in and was always pleasant in conversation. Our only note was that one of the sofas could do with replacing as it was rather uncomfortable to sit on during the rainy mornings that we stayed in the flat.
