Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Newlands

What an incredible weekend! One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Cape Town! The view, the house, the neighbourhood! One of the best activities was walking down to swim in the tidal pool and then walking across to Kalk Bay for fish and chips. An evening braai at the house was enjoyed with a dip in the pool and then the hot tub. The open plan living, was combined with a luxurious and calming aesthetic throughout. We could put our feet up and just relax. Thank you again to Imraan for being such a superb host and assisting us with any questions, as well as all the information for checking in and enjoying our stay. His swift communication and understanding were also greatly appreciated when we had to repair something at the house. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

We loved spending a month using Dorothea's place as a home base and getting to know them. Our kids had a blast and they were always so helpful with directions, suggestions and were super responsive. Our kids loved them too. They deftly helped us navigate when we lost power and when the water was accidently turned off - they were gracious and lovely at every turn. This is a perfect place for family and we felt safe and well cared for.

Great family home and a great location- just a quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and we loved the pool and outdoor shower and bath. A nice stroll to great coffee shops was our favourite morning activity followed by time at the beach and a swim in the pool!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! The views are incredible and Maryna is fantastic! She responded immediately to any questions that we had and she went out of her way to provide recommendations for our family. We will be back :)

Our stay at Laurence's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Laurence was incredibly responsive to our messages and provided excellent even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this listing and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

We had some initial entry trouble with the keys & alarm system. The keys & locks needed the right touch. There are 6 keys on the ring & we only needed 2-3 for various entry points. The house is very clean, comfortable & beautiful. The rooftop views are unbeatable. The pictures accurately represent the house. I loved staying here. It was safe. The location is SO convenient. There is a small store across the street with essentials & wine. Restaurants & Kloof Checkers grocery store are within a 10 minute walk. Lion’s Head & other trailheads are within a :15 minute walk up the hill. Uber is very reasonable. This is an exceptional place to stay!

What an amazing house Shane and Lynn have. The house has all the comforts, it really lacks nothing at all. Fantastic beds and bathrooms. We really felt at home for a week. This is an absolute must and good location to explore Cape Town and its surroundings.

We’ve enjoyed this house with two little kids for a few days. A lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, open space and outside area. House with everything: dishwasher, washingmachine, a lot of towels etc. We were lucky to be able to make use of the swimmingpool! Gagan & Gautami were quick in their respond towards questions and had great tips for doing things in and around Cape Town. The area where the house is situated feels safe and the house has the best views on the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how impeccably clean and well-maintained the space was. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. Excellent time staying at this villa! The views were incredible, very convenient location within a 5-10 min uber or downtown areas. Plenty of space in the villa to relax and enjoy the beach and close enough to hit the town. The staff on sight were amazing as well, property was well maintained and laundry/cleaning service was provided daily. Would 100% recommend this spot to any traveler!

We had an excellent stay at Leona’s place. Really well set up house with everything you could need. Lovely braii and pool area. Well equipped kitchen. Large TV area for family viewing of films/sport. Comfy beds. Large clean bathrooms. Nice cafes in walking distance. No hesitation in recommending.

Trevor was such an amazing host, he checked in regularly with us to ensure we had a smooth stay. Favourite feature about the house is the shutters that can be hidden away to let in so much more light in to the room. Amazing neighbourhood with the best security and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. This house is perfect a big family or a group of 8 people. The only thing to be aware of is the house is quite heavy on electricity so do your best to ensure lights are left off when not needed. Besides that, amazing place!

If you want to enjoy a perfect sunset every day, reach the beach and good restaurants in 3 minutes or enjoy a very well-equipped villa with pool, this is the place for you. The communication with the host is very friendly, fast and helpful. We could spend months there!

It was a great escape, close to the big city. Peacefull, therefore a little hard to find. This cabin is absolutely worth it.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and wow was it everything we were hoping for & more! The place was uniquely beautiful, ideal location, peaceful and the outside area was so beautiful and romantic! The place was spotless and we felt immediately comfortable. Somehow the hosts read our minds because everything we forgot/needed was readily available in the kitchen. The hammock and boogy board were a great addition and made our holiday even more fun! Magnificent is an understatement. This little gem is all we needed, from the location to the little treats on arrival. We love hot tubs and it being privately located away from other geusts was a bonus for me! Being able to open the door this morning and look out to a forest was a real treat! Lovely location right by the beach with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was lovely and very clean, had all the basics and is surrounded by other residence but still very secluded which we loved. Nolene was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.
