Perfect Beachfront Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Marina Beach House was amazing! The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and literally on the waters edge. The paddle boat and Jacuzzi were a huge hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. The well-equipped kitchen, cozy interiors, and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Dominique, the host was fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return—highly recommend for a perfect escape! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a little or rather spacious jewel tucked away minutes from the hustle and bustle that is Cape Town! Here, one is steeped in a verdant paradise, hovering in a canopy above a babbling brook, where birds sing their songs and squirrels dance in the trees. Take a swim in the gorgeous outdoor pool, or use the well-appointed kitchen. The bathrooms evoke the feel of a spa. Or simply relax after a bout of sightseeing. This home has it all. Open and airy, indoors or out. And if things couldn’t get better, you have a consummate host, Alex, who is kind, gregarious, and eager to offer recommendations. This is our seventh trip to Cape Town and we would never consider staying at one of the city’s fine hotels, as long as have our way. As enticing as they seem, none offers the solitude that this tree top house has. Go far and wide, but we will always circle back to this little gem.

Fabulous vacation home for a large family. Our high expectations have been far exceeded. The house and pool is more spacious than we expected and fully equipped and is very well maintained and super safe. The children really enjoyed the warm pool. Communication with Bibie was excellent and super fast. During the week the maid helped us keep the house clean. We would love to come again. We had a great time in the Little Guinea Fowl Cottage. Thank you so much Bibie for hosting us.

A beautiful place which matched the AirBnB description. Hayley was our contact and was very helpful, it was lovely having her there to meet us at the property when we arrived and she provided great communication throughout our stay.

This place was the perfect home away from home. We enjoyed it as a family for many reasons. There is so much we can say, but not enough space to write! So we say thank you wholeheartedly and we will see you again :)

This is our second stay at Thilo & Cheryl's house in De Waterkant. We love this house! The location is amazing. It is within walking distance of everything in the ever evolving Waterkant area. We also enjoy walking to the waterfront from here which is about 15-20 minutes walk. The house is beautiful. Everything has a premium feel and it is super cosy. Lots of cushions on the sofa, comfy beds and bedding. The kitchen has everything if you enjoy cooking. Smart TV for nights in. There is an amazing view from the living area topped only by the view from the rooftop! The roof is incredible. Great loungers for sunbathing and an outdoor sofa for drinks and relaxing. The hot tub is great and it all looks out over the waterfront and the bay beyond. The location is great for driving in and out of cape town on the highway and also easy for central cape town with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Thilo and Cheryl are very responsive and friendly making this a truly special place to stay

We had a wonderful weekend at Chanel and Wendy’s bungalow. The surroundings are extraordinarily peaceful and quiet. The bungalow is comfortable and gives the feeling of home, equipped with everything we needed, plus extra towels and beach essentials. The bathtub is also a great addition; it's perfect for unwinding in privacy while enjoying the beautiful scenery. We will definitely be back!

great location- just a 3min walk to the sea, great panoramic view of the beach, safe area, good located for daily trips. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need (and more -thanks for the south african delicasies) , nice and cozy decorated. We enjoyed a few days of our holidays with our two kids (2,4). thanks for everything!

Nathan’s place was the perfect location for our family of four to explore Capetown. The cottage is cosy with all the necessary amenities m, and we felt right at home. Nathan is a friendly and approachable host that made us feel very welcome, and he had a ton of local suggestions and tips on where to visit. The neighbourhood felt very safe and family friendly, there is a lovely playground across the street, and a shopping village/ mall 5 minutes drive- it truly is the perfect location for a short or longer term stay in Capetown and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

In our experience, this was the ideal base for our family (child of 6 years and a baby of 6 months) to visit the Cape. There is a great bistro (pizza and burgers) around the corner. Cooking in the cottage is also perfectly possible (at Farm Village there is a shop where you can buy in). The beach of Noordhoek is beautiful. And you are close to the start of the Chapman's peak drive towards Houtbay and beyond. Inside, you are 25 minutes away in the False Bay region. Regards!

Excellent stay with our extended family and 3 x dogs. Very good hosts. Great location to get almost anywhere in CT.

We stayed here as a group of 5 to finish our time in CPT. Location is perfect, 5 min drive down to the restaurants on camps bay. The views here are amazing, table mountain one way and lions head and the beach the other. Everything is exactly as described, the apartment is beautiful and kept very clean. We had the best time cooking dinners here onto the terrace. Sue was always a message away with anything we needed. Thank you!

I simply cannot say enough about the property and our host. Yvette was responsive, attentive and so accommodating. She even made it easy for us to have a late check out by providing an alternative. We felt right at home. All needs met. Definitely staying here again next time I'm in Capetown. 😁

We had a lovely stay at Stuart's place. Beautiful view and great location.

From first contact with Fatima and Neil we felt at ease. From the second we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble and they even sent us suggestions on places to visit and also a taxi service to use while we're were there. Would definitely recommend their lovely home and would definitely stay again if we're are ever back in the gorgeous Cape Town.

We started our longer South Africa stay in this house. We felt incredibly comfortable, it was the way you wish for a vacation to start: beautiful surroundings, helpful and super pleasant hosts, a great house, very cozy sofas and and and. We wanted to extend or go there again at the end of the trip, but the house was already booked. Children can play on the street in front of the house, short walk to the beach, sea air in the air. Absolutely recommended!

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

We had an awesome time at Daniel’s place. The house is spacious and well apportioned and the location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and all the shops / restaurants in Sea Point. House is very well kitted out especially for kids with loads of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. Ireen was also a god send - she kept the house spotless and also looked after our little one! We’ll definitely be back!

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

We had a wonderful week at Maureen’s house. She kindly let us check in early after a night flight which was a godsend with 2 young children. The house is as described and was perfect for our holiday 3 generations. The children loved the treehouse and pool and the property is large enough everyone had their own space. The view of the apostles from the kitchen is unbelievable! The house is in a lovely residential area of camps bay within walking distance of the lovely Bakoven and Beta beaches. We felt safe and well looked after. We would definitely stay again if we return 😊
