If any place could be classified as elegant and rustic, this is it. Incredible space; peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Kevin went far above anything I expected, making me feel right at home. He eagerly shared local history and tips in a super friendly manner topped off with great conversation over a delicious breakfast of blueberry crepes and coffee. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

This is a place for the true adventurer! Historic, unique, great value and close to the Cabot trail with all the amenities you will need; you are missing out if you do not stay here.

Amazing host, really good place

Ahh what a wonderful time I had in the Barn on Chabela and George's property! The description, honest and representative of the place, and the quick and complete exchanges with the hosts gave me confidence right from the start. As I was traveling alone and without a car, I was keen to understand the environment in which I would find myself, and in the end it was a real little paradise for 3 days. The Barn's rustic feel was just right, allowing me to return to simplicity. Access to the East Coast Trail (Bauline East - La Manche) was easy and pleasant for a nice hike. Nature is so magnificient in Newfoundland! Everything was perfect here. A big and warm thank you to both of you for your time, your generosity and for the pleasant discussions we had. The host is super welcoming, as soon as we arrive she explains what to do in the surrounding area. The listing is the same as the photos and very quiet. Going to its website you will pay less than if you rent directly on AirBnB

Best place in the Bellevue area hands down! Check out the Chance Cove hiking trail a few kms away. Beautiful surroundings! Lots of extras too that’s you never expect in a typical air bnb! If you’re the outdoors type or just the sit and chill type this place is for you. The coolest part of the stay had to be the unique fire pit, and other custom made things around the property Jindra’s husband made. And the art Jindra made, I took pictures of it all for inspiration and making some art myself!

We arrived late and were tired. It is 18 miles off the main road, and worth the drive. We got in easily. Property manager, nearby was very friendly and helpful! Fire pit and fire at the end of the road with a fantastic quiet view. The house was lovely, very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We recommend this place to others.
