Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. We had such a lovely stay with Alan and Hilary! They were so friendly, and they took the time to give us great advice on how and when to visit the local sites, which really helped a lot to make the most of our time in the region. They also surprised us with a room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. The breakfast was delicious and they also went through the trouble of making it vegan for one of us. The house and the garden are just beautiful, and one can tell they genuinely care about their guests and love what they do. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay with them again!

This is our second stay at this property. Great stay, hosts kept in touch and advised of local event that might hinder parking and provided a cone in case we needed to keep a parking space. Easy check in/out, clean, tidy and as described, water, soft drinks and snacks, cereals etc. Were left for our arrival. Would stay again.

Valerie sets the gold standard for Airbnb! She was friendly and made us feel very welcome at her home. Valerie's place had all the essentials, from towels and shower items to an iron and ironing board. Valerie also gave us free shortbread and scones, both of which were amazing, along with coffee, tea bags, milk and hot chocolate. There was a kettle in our room and we had easy access to a fridge and microwave. I absolutely recommend staying with Valerie!

We recently enjoyed an overnight stay at this cosy cottage. The interior was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/condiments which enabled us to make dinner without any fuss. We appreciated the breakfast tray, treats, milk and orange juice left for us by Louise. She has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Really peaceful and quiet place with a great view to the sea. Fireplace and winter garden were beautiful as well as a pleasant conversation besides a fireplace in the cold evening. Really nice and welcoming host. Gave lots of useful recommendations regarding the restaurants and hiking paths. Will come again defenitely.
