I had a great stay! West was very friendly and responsive, and the place was clean and beautiful. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The house has been beautifully restored and added to. It snowed while we were there and the driveway got shoveled! That's above and beyond hosting duty.

Wonderful stay. The home is so comfortable with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful. We loved walking by the lake in the morning, kayaking and swimming. Had a couple of questions during our stay and Janice was very quick to respond. Definitely recommend staying here!

Will definitely look to rent again. Fair and reasonable host with whom I spoke too and location was great for what we were looking for. We had snow the previous day prior to arriving and they had the driveway plowed prior to arrival.

We loved staying at Brad’s house on Eastman Pond. A beautiful, serene getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and one dog. We walked in and immediately felt at home. This was one of the most well appointed places I have ever rented...it had everything we needed and more . The kitchen and the living space was quite comfortable. The beds were wonderful. There is a trail to the river right across the street which we used several times. I can't think of a negative thing to say.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time spent at the farmhouse. Everything was as expected from the listing. The pictures do not do justice for the property. It's beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice, warm, and clean. There are yard games readily available and a nice fire pit area. Brin and Maria are super responsive and left very detailed instructions on the property for you. Everything you need is there minus food, which is a 12-minute drive towards a few different grocery stores. The hill is so fun to roll down, too! Thank you so much!

This place was absolutely wonderful and exactly as described. It’s the perfect location near Mt. Sunapee. The house was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped! The kids especially loved the foosball table and video games.

Beautiful place, had a very cozy feel. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area but you’re also very close to activities and places to visit.

Beautiful view of the lake from the sitting room and lovely ground floor layout that allowed for lots of fun family interactions and shared time together. We also really appreciated that the home was decorated with Christmas trees for the holidays! It was a nice place for a family reunion.

Josh and Margarita were great hosts! The airbnb was in prestige condition. It was in a great area. The hosts were super communicative and helpful. I would truly rebook!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

Location was lovely. Place was nice and spacious, great yard. It would have been nice if they had a kayak or a canoe included

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

We had a great time! Tim's place was great. It was cute, with everything we needed, and had an amazing view. We were also pretty close from a few hikes. Tim was very good at communicating and we had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend!

We stayed at Shahanna's after a last-minute cancellation on our former Christmas accommodations, and we're so glad we ended up here! Shahanna's place was well-stocked, felt like a home, and she even put up a Christmas tree in the living room for us! She was incredibly accommodating with some special requests we had, and was very responsive for any questions we had about the place during our stay. We came for a week over the Christmas holiday, and it was an easy 20min drive to Mount Sunapee and 1hr to Okemo, so we were able to do day trips to both mountains. We loved walking along the road with our dog, and he really enjoyed running around the yard. The space is secluded, cozy, and has all amenities needed for a great time. Would definitely stay again for a great homebase for skiing in the future! Thanks Shahanna.

We came to Concord NH to celebrate a graduation at SNHU. Maria’s place was perfect for our group and so close to the university. Very clean, great space and great location. Maria was terrific to work with, very proactive and responsive. We will definitely book with her in the future 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Julie's place is so close to Mount Sunapee and the Lake! It is wonderful on the inside and has plenty of room for guests. It is also close to a couple great food options. This house is a great place to stay.

My friends and I loved our stay at Olesya’s home! Very spacious and homey feeling–the perfect staycation for our group. Olesya was a very helpful and communicative host.

Don offers a beautiful getaway on gorgeous property with a rich history. We could not have been happier with our stay. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace each night. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for us to cook all of our meals. Mostly we enjoyed how serene the house felt. It was quiet, cozy and walking around the grounds was very relaxing. We would love to come back during another season to enjoy all of the beauty this space has to offer.

The house was perfect for our family of five traveling with our dog. We had plenty of room. Kitchen was fully equipped had everything we needed to make meals.

We loved Michael's house. It backs up to a rocky stream and the view is lovely. The home is very comfortable and easy to find. Look for the pink flamingo! The kitchen is well appointed with the drawers labeled so it is not seek and ye shall find. There is a small pantry with staples in it. The den on the back is where we spent most of our evenings. There are three easy chairs and a couch with the TV. The porch out back is great and the grill is easy to use. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. The light switches are labeled as this is an older home and it is nice know what works. Micheal is a great host and easy to communicate with. Please stay here you will really love it.
