Smoking friendly vacation rentals in New Territories

The terrace was such a luxury in urban Hk. Sadly some construction noise nearby stopped us from fully enjoying it. The place is spacious and well-equipped, and Louis was very accommodating. Thank you and will book again if there’s a chance!

Pros: Convenient location-- close to market & restaurants, easy to buy food or eat out. Own washroom & an area where you could cook simple meal. Self adjusted air-con & good wi-fi connection. His unit had all the things we wanted. Host is super nice & helpful, came to bus stop to bring us to his place. He also offered to drive us to border gate of Macau & to airport free of charge, making it so much easier for us with luggage. He was very flexible with check-in & check-out, making it very convenience for us. He is very responsible, quick to response & always tried his best to resolve whatever issues we had. He even treated us with bird nests--something very expensive & very tasty. The best host we have ever had. Cons: the room is on 3rd floor & stairs only. His house is not smoke-free. One of his tenants is a smoker. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to smokes. Good that we always went out during the day & were not affected as much.

Rick is very responsive. He sent clear instructions on how to easily locate the place days before the actual stay. It has easy access to the MTR and bus stops so going to different places is hassle-free. The whole stay is very nice. It is worth recommending. Thanks, Rick!

great location. extremely large outdoor patio (by HK standard) the bed was comfortable and the overall apartment was nice

HK is one of the most vibrant cities and this place is close to public transport and quick service restaurants. Tucked away in a quiet lane and with a large terrace, which in HK is rare! Would be my first choice for future visits.

We had a great stay at Sertac and Lisa’s place. It was the perfect size and set-up for our family, the location was very convenient, and the air-conditioning was perfect for the hot days. We’d happily stay again next time we were in Hong Kong!

Because there were three kids coming together.The room has kitchenware, and there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is convenient for cooking.The host is very friendly and met us at the subway entrance.

The place is a bit difficult to find especially when it is dark(a long gravel path and somewhere no street lamps), the village is very rural. The equipment is enough with the large garden with roof and a high pressure hose because I brought a bicycle there; you must need to burn mosquito coils doing something outside. Faye was not there during my stay so I could use the whole floor myself. When the check-in, her mother introduced me to the house and her brother helped me sometimes. And her replies were very fast and helpful!

Many thanks to Sam and Kathy for their outstanding hospitality！We arrived vey late due to the flight delay. Sam kept close contact with us offering transportation tips and picked us up when we got off the bus although it was almost 11 pm then. At about 5 am the next morning，they offered us a free ride to Clear Water Bay and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise together. Really breathtaking and unforgettable！ Although it was a very brief stay，we were able to enjoy the beauty of HK with the generous help of our host. Wish we could come again！And best wishes to Sam，Kathy and their lovely girl :-)

It’s really a good place here,so peaceful and also convenient. store,supermarket,cafe,restaurant…You just come and relax. Jhenn is a super nice and beautiful host.Next time I go Peng Chau,hope I can stay in Hidden Paradise again^_^miss there already.

Vanessa's place is very quiet, with sea view and sound of waves but also surrounded by nature with nearby small waterfall and birds. Close to beach and local walks, availability of a bike allows further exploration of Mui Wo and villages.

Beautiful place on one of the lesser visited islands in Hong Kong. The house is up on a hill so has a wonderful view over the sea in three directions. Beautiful terrace on the roof with an exercise room. Kitchen and bathroom are perfect and there’s a nice living room and two bedrooms as described. I had no issues with Mosquitoes even though i didn’t use the air conditioner. The island is quiet which is what i wanted - there’s frequent boats to discovery bay and central so you’re well connected. I got to the airport in less than an hour. If you have heavy luggage that you need to have with you on the island (i left mine at the airport) then best to ask Julian how to deal with it - he is very responsive. It is a bit of a hike up the hill - not more than 15m from the ferry but some parts are steep and I was glad to have only my backpack and no trolley - it’s nice because it’s a bit of exercise built into the day so one can burn off all the delicious food in HK.

Great place for a getaway weekend on Lantau Island. Its not a long walk at all from Silvermine and Mui Wo. Perfect!

Ivy’s place is right smack at the escalator in the middle of Central so it’s very convenient especially if you decide to stay out late at night. You can just walk home. Famous IG places are also just walking distance. Chester’s presence also helped to not make you feel lonely by being away. Ivy also recommended a few places to eat which is a must try. Overall, I would stay at Ivy’s place if I’ll be back in HK again soon.

Very clean, cozy apartment with cute french decor. Our 4 year old loves the bunk bed and kids friendly bedroom. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with bottled water and coffee. The location is on top of MTR station which is very convenient. Host is very attentive and thoughtful. We will definitely stay there again.

First of all, we will definitely stay again at Las Vegas place when we go back to Hongkong. The place was great and ample space for the 8 of us. The location is walking distance to everything that you need restaurants, malls, ladies market, temple street and you can do all the shopping that you need to do. The host is very responsive and quick to reply answering all our queries and being helpful all throughout our stay. Feels right at home when we arrived. I would recommend this place for all the tourist who wants to stay at a convenient place located and perfect for all your needs. Will definitely stay here again.

Aman is a very nice man and the place quite good-easy to get and clean and cozy. His response was very timely and helpful. I was very impressed as he helped me with booking the squash court and prepared good flavor milk tea( I think everyone should have a try if got chances! Quite good one!!!) Thank you Aman for the warm reception, which made me feel as comfortable as staying with friend, also home away from home. And really enjoy the talk and sharing with you. Look forward to seeing you again :)
