The ultimate cozy retreat if you are looking for a stay in the Richmond suburbs. Conveniently located near a number of wineries and a short drive to the local Starbucks. Hosts were attentive and offered an easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend a stay at this home.

What a great house! Loved the yard, the house has so many nooks- sunrooms to enjoy morning coffee in, window seats to enjoy a book, it really is a beautiful place set up for relaxation! A hot tub would be an incredible addition to the gorgeous deck in the back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family of 6 just stayed a week for Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. Jasmine and Hunter were awesome and very responsive and accommodating. We were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket of goodies! House had lots of fun extras, from a great fire pit to giant connect four and Jenga. Our family truly enjoyed this quiet, peaceful home. And we did venture just down the road to the New Kent winery for some wine at sunset!!! Thank you for hosting us!! Cynthia

Had a lovely few days here in early December, snug as a bug despite the rather chilly temperatures. It's a lovely view of the lake and just a few steps away, was a bit cold to do any water activity but in warmer weather would just be ideal. The internet was rock solid and lots of the usual kitchen facilities were there, not that we used most of them. Would 100% return when next back in the area. There is a knack to opening/closing the front door, you just need to pull it towards you about 1mm before pressing the lock button when arriving or leaving.

Mrs. Jean and her husband were wonderful hosts! Very clean living space, many amenities, gorgeous area absolutely will stay again!

This was a great experience! I have been to numerous Airbnb places, and this was one of the best. I had told Juan our family was coming for my wife’s birthday, and upon arrival had a welcoming surprise for her. Small things can go a long way, and with this business you don’t see a lot of it. The house was Beautiful, spacious, and comforting. Everything we needed for adults and the kids. Communication was excellent and checking in was a breeze. We will be back for sure!

A great family weekend getaway. A spacious home nicely decorated, well maintained and well stocked with everything my family needed. Conveniently located close to Wiliamsburg for family activities but also on a beautiful, peaceful river setting for relaxing family time. Julia was a gracious host who provided for my family's every need. Will definely consider this rental for another family getaway.

Andrew was proactive in getting us the check in information and was responsive when questions were asked. The place was cozy with a very comfortable bed. In a nice area and had a lot of things to do within a short Uber ride.

Our second time staying in this unique comfortable space nestled in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Excellent location close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend.

Beautiful apartment! Very comfortable, the back yard was an extra bonus! Walkable peaceful neighborhood close to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Had a great stay at Daniil's place. It's in an amazing location and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Perfect for families with kids visiting Busch Gardens or Williamsburg! It was a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy check in, cozy living space/bedrooms, a few kids toys and a pack n play, and even snacks on arrival. The only slightly annoying thing was a neighbor’s dog that kept barking on/off all through the night but other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Condo is exactly as described. Dave had a Christmas tree Set up and other Christmas decorations in the condo. This made us smile as soon as we walked inside. I’ll definitely rent this condo again!

We were so appreciative of William allowing us to stay at the Historic Powhatan. It is such a wonderful property to stay at in Williamsburg. There is so much room. The property has great amenities for families. We booked at the last minute because we had to change our spring break plans. William was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Thank you so much. This place was great for us to stay. There was plenty of space and more than enough linens, towels, and toiletries on hand. Area was nice and quiet as well.
