Smoking friendly vacation rentals in New Jersey

Cute little first floor unit with a few small stairs to get in. Away from the attractions so you aren't tempted, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Decent sized back yard and a cute little deck right off the kitchen. Lots of space for sitting. Just be aware, the driveway apron is a really high angle and the street is very crowned. If you have a standard car and not an SUV you will scrape. I damaged my front bumper on it, but that is my fault for parking in the driveway not Meghans. Based on the previous reviews, and current condition of the place, it really does look like Meghan is making good investments towards the property. I would recommend this unit and return again in the future.

The apartment is very clean, in a nice and quiet environment and very well located because it's close to the bus that leads directly to Manhattan in about twenty minutes. Estefania was very available and everything went perfectly. It's a place we'll use again when we come back to NY and we highly recommend it.

This was by far the best Stay I’ve had so far the place was clean the area was nice and close to the city the host was super nice she allowed us to checkout little later due to a state of emergency I love that she cared for our safety u will definitely be coming back to stay and enjoyed every part of it 10/10 !

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

The house was cozy and comfortable, with pretty decor and thoughtful amenities. Betsy was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt truly at home and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

Wish the weather hadn’t turned colder so we could use the pool, but it was the start of Fall. Thank you again for opening up your home to my family. It was the perfect home away from home as we celebrated our son’s wedding that weekend at a local venue near your home. Highly recommend and if there’s ever a need to be back and the area, we would definitely stay again.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

Perfect location, charming place, amazing host. I would book this place again! It was super easy to catch the 126 into the city and all the restaurants were super close. Polly was an amazing host and was super responsive. The place was cute and has everything we needed.

Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!

Let me start by saying that Oneeba was the perfect host. She was very detailed in her communications, she responded within a reasonable time for any questions I had. She even refunded me for some washcloths I bought from Walmart. She had 8 already but I had a party of 13 so I just grabbed them on my Walmart run and she refunded me with proof of receipt. Now the house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything is very modern and sleek and up to date and in pristine condition. We basically had 2 apartment units with their own entries and own equal amenities. It was more then enough room for me and the other guest which included 3 adults, 10 kids and 1 newborn. The house was also about 20-25 minutes from The American Dream Mall that has "Nickelodeon Universe" and "Dreamworks Waterpark" which is why we were visiting the area. I would highly recommend this home based off the immaculate host and the immaculate home itself!!! If I ever come back that way, I know where I'm staying!!!

Miriam's place is great. There are two shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The three upstairs bedrooms are private. The three beds downstairs (two queens, one twin) are not private. The kitchen was well equipped with ingredients (coffee, spices, olive oil, etc.) and material (pots, pans, etc.). The TV, wifi, and showers worked well. Miriam is a great host; communicated well and was responsive to my messages. Overall, it's a solid place to stay.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is very close to several bus stops with direct access to the city, and access to food is plentiful. Do keep in mind that in order to access the suite, you will walk through shared spaces in order to reach the private suite. Not a big deal but something to know if you want complete privacy.

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. Home like beautiful apartment nice location accessible to all .. city life style , responsive and respectful host , most importantly i was able to find parking visible from apartment windows , bed was very very comfortable, soft and fluffy, thank you and until next booking keep warm and cozy vibes
