Everything was great, we didn't have any issues. The house looks just like the pictures and better. Very nice yard and neighborhood

Awesome properties, excellent host!

Home was very nice, all bedrooms & beds were big enough to comfortably handle our 7 adults & 2 young kids. Dining & living rooms were great places for us to relax & be together. Home was very clean. Driveway handled our 3 cars fine but 4 would be too tight, especially if backing out onto Hobson Road, which can get busy at times.

What a wonderful and helpful host. She thought of everything and left us special touches for our Thanksgiving dinner. The home is beautiful, warm, and cozy. Absolutely loved it there

Jeremy was always responsive to our needs. Staying at his home was like having an island get away in the middle of a snow storm. I just moved. Jeremy's home had all the amenities we needed and/or wanted. It is a perfect place for family and maybe family members who might need a respite. It's a safe and friendly area. The patio door opens onto a green area with a picket fence surround. Also a nice sized patio for barbecuing. The area and home location is exceptional...Thank you Jeremy! Joy

We were able to meet some friends from Michigan and spend a weekend in Fort Wayne. Jeremy's place was in a great location, and our kids had a great time hanging out at the house. We would highly recommend Jeremy's place to anyone.

Eric was very pleasant to work with, we had a very late check in time and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything and were happy with our stay

Awesome stay! Water pressure could use some work but I understand it may be out of their control. We were right in the center of everywhere we had to go!

This is nice charming place in a nice neighborhood. The upstairs is a very large converted attic, which is twice the size of the modest downstairs. I would say this could be problematic, however, for the very young or the elderly, as the stairs are quite steep and a little challenging if you don't hold onto the railings. it's a great character home.

The house was spacious enough for our whole family. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and close to the wedding venue we were attending. The only drawback was the train whistles which the host prepared us for with ear plugs :) By the second night we hardly noticed! Thanks for a great stay!

We found Kelly’s place while we were in town having service work performed on our motorcoach. We were excited to see the property was available for our needed dates and even more excited when we walked through the front door. This cottage is simply outstanding and Kelly’s special touches throughout make you feel instantly peaceful and at home. All amenities are exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night, and the beds are super comfortable. This is undoubtably one of the better stays we’ve experienced in all of our travels.

The place was quiet, peaceful, and affordable, with easy and smooth communication throughout. However, it was quite cold during our stay, even though some external air blowers were provided. It seemed like there might have been an issue with the furnace. Otherwise, a pleasant experience overall therefore, giving 5 stars.

What a find! We had a large group stay at Sherri's house for four nights. The house is large enough that we never felt cramped and had so much fun exploring and looking at all the beautiful antiques. It has the charm and coziness of an old house with modern amenities. We cooked every night and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we ever could have needed. The beds were all incredibly comfortable. Sherri was an excellent host and was in touch before, during, and after our stay to be sure we understood any small quirks of the house and to be sure we didn't need anything else. The price was very affordable for the amount of people we had and was worth every penny for the experience we received. I can't recommend this property or Sherri enough!

Typically I only leave reviews when an experience is awful or awesome. In this case it was awesome! The hosts are wonderful, the house is warm and cozy, and the location is great. There are a ton of amenities in the house and everything is labeled, I mean everything... if there is a chance you might hav a question about it, the hosts have probably labeled it already. Would highly recommend.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends!

From the cozy fireplace to the enormous hot tub, the fancy Keurig and the truly “homey” feel, the Merlin will absolutely be a place we’ll stay again when we see a show in Ft Wayne!

Perfect place to stay. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. Would stay here again without hesistation.

This peaceful, private house was the perfect central location for me to meet up with old friends. The price was right and having two full bathrooms was a huge plus! It was built in the 60s and feels like it - very retro, yet meeting all our basic needs. The beds were comfortable, but I would not recommend the cots for an adult, as they are not supportive enough for grown-up bodies. There's nothing extravagant in this house, the fireplace is not for guest use, the carpet is pretty old, and the air is musty. But the couches are comfortable, there are plenty of new, clean towels and washcloths, and there is a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods and teas. It was warm and the windows open for fresh air, and my friends and I had a lovely time chatting in the living room for hours and hours. Thank you!

The farm was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay and Angie was such a wonderful host! Will definitely be booking again!

Christine's place is very convenient for us as our daughter lives a few blocks away. She even put in a railing by the outside stairs when I mentioned us seniors had trouble climbing the outside stairs. We really appreciate being able to stay so close to our daughter and grandchildren.

Attentive and responsive hosts. They texted to confirm everything was going well. Location was very convenient. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops near. The place lacks nothing. On the contrary, it is very well equipped, and luxury amenities, such as the sauna and the hot tub, made it feel super relaxing. Look forward to staying there again

We had an amazing stay at Serenity on Saint Joe’s! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home. Abby was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to answer our questions. The location was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the cozy decoration and comfortable living room. We highly recommend Serenity at St Joe’s and would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. A good place to stay w/ children, as there are lots of books and games.
