Pool is closed for winter September 15-May 15th thank you Take it easy and relax at our unique and comfy getaway! With amazing outdoor spaces, plus pool and spa hot tub! Across the street is the lovely town reservoir. Close by are Lovers Leap State Park, Candlewood Lake, and amazing antiquing including New Englands largest flea market, Elephants Trunk! Wonderful farmers markets, and the quaint town of New Milford is also a short drive, has great shops, restaurants, and a cute movie theater.

Fun and Relaxing Madison Game Room Retreat

The house and separate 'Play room" was a perfect fit for our family of 8. Ricky was quite accommodating when communicating about our family's need for seating and tableware for Thanksgiving. There was a problem getting heat in the bedrooms and he had a team over the next day to fix it, as well as having someone drop off more blankets "just in case". We really appreciated the quick response to an unpredictable problem. Just one piece of advice - bring earplugs because the walls between some of the bedrooms are fairly thin. Overall, a great stay!

Everything was great and as advertised, we had an issue with the hot tub however mark was so helpful and took care of it right away to help enjoy during our stay. I would recommend this place again it was so quiet and peaceful and I’m sure being there on the summer to enjoy the pool would be fun.

Patrice‘s place is quaint, chic and sensible. The layout is beautiful. We loved the attention to even the tiniest details. Patrice thought of everything. If you need to get away without having to pack much. This is the place for you. There’s a corner to read a book while taking in some fresh air and a jacuzzi to put your body at ease at the end of a long work week. There are some cute vineyards within about a 15-30 minute drive, the palace theater is a great place to see a show, and tons of little restaurants. We will definitely be back soon!

The house is set back from the road with other dwellings along the same driveway. The space is just right for two. Kitchen is very well designed. There is tv room off the kitchen with a gas fireplace and huge TV and a very comfortable couch. Bed was very comfortable as well. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Would surely return.

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lynn's place. It's secluded (back side of house on bottom floor) with beautiful views of the hills. We enjoyed the hot tub (right outside the front door) which worked very well. Full kitchen with plenty of kitchenware and a Keurig for coffee. Britta pitcher in Fridge for filtered water. On arrival, there a big bowl of water set out for our two dogs who did really well there. Plenty of space to walk the neighborhood. Someone mentioned the heater was loud but we didn't notice anything out of ordinary with it. It's typical for winter months and didn't bother us at all. Lynn's place is very comfortable and homey. We would definitely stay there again!
