Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Haven County

Gorgeous house - exactly as pictured! Very spacious for our family of 8 + pets for a cozy wintry gathering in beautiful coastal CT. Karen was extremely accommodating and responsive, and her neighbor Ryan was super helpful as well; she also put up a Christmas tree and festive décor, which was a really nice touch. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the house is large and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved taking advantage of the grand piano and fireplaces as well. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, too, which made for nice strolls by the water. We can only imagine how fabulous the place would be in the summer - my family already is talking about coming back. Thank you, Karen!

Jessica’s place is a gem. Set on an extremely quiet and secluded street, the home feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere (in the best way), but is extremely close to the beautiful downtown Madison and the state park beach. The house is a great size for 4-6 people, with a lovely new renovation that highlights the great light and beautiful overview of the river below. We stayed for Thanksgiving and had no trouble cooking for and entertaining 8. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, but Jessica was super responsive and we had it up and running 24 hours later. Our standard poodle loved roaming the front yard and paths by the river, and we loved the modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms. Thank you, Jessica! Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful, serene, relaxing spectacular setting! We've been to many Airbnb's but Natalie's place really stood out. The house was so well decorated, well stocked with every thoughtful amenity you can think of which helped create such a welcoming feeling. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. There's nothing quite like going to sleep with the sound of the Brooks that run through the property and nature humming away in the background and then waking up and realizing it wasn't a dream and you proceed to sit on a porch right next to the brook to eat breakfast. Another porch up by the incredibly spacious and beautiful master bedroom suite is situated with a masterful view of sunset and a pond (which during the day we kayaked in with our kids with kayaks provided). The pool is unique and so impressively designed and landscaped to blend into the surrounding woods. My kids enjoyed the well kept tennis court. Natalie was incredibly responsive, welcoming and courteous.

We cannot thank Dan enough for making our wedding weekend so special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. We were both overwhelmed with wedding plans and details, but Dan's calm and welcoming presence made all the difference. He took the time to show us around the space and genuinely made us feel at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning—beyond our expectations! The aesthetic is so beautiful, and it perfectly set the tone for our wedding weekend. Not only did it offer us the perfect space to relax before the big day, but it also accommodated our wedding party beautifully. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed and so comfortable, making it a place where we could unwind and feel at ease. The Hummingbird house was perfect! It was clean and comfortable and had many amenities including spare phone chargers, dishes, and appliances. Annie was extremely communicative and quick to respond when I had a question about the hot tub. The instructions for everything were laid out plainly both digitally as well as paper copy on the fridge. The house is close to downtown and a nice walk to the water. With GORGEOUS sunsets from the back deck, Annie and Shawn’s place is a 5-star stay. I will definitely stay again if I find myself back in New Haven.

Incredible Views and Ultra-Comfortable Cottage! This is an absolute hidden gem of a place - it is RIGHT on the water (you feel like you're on a cruise ship at high tide, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is super dreamy!), immaculately clean, both cozy and spacious, filled with thoughtful touches (extra blankets and pillows, earplugs, welcome snacks, etc.), and REAL PLANTS!! Matthew and Celia were so flexible, friendly, and responsive, making the entire stay feel all the more peaceful. This is for sure the place we will return to when in the New Haven area - highly highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed staying at Dean’s place. We stay in AirBnBs frequently when we travel as a family, and I can honestly say that this is a cleanest AirBnB that I have ever been in. Every room is immaculate — not a speck of dust. Also nicely set up for a family. We were in the area to visit relatives, but we also enjoyed retiring to the (also super clean) hot tub at the end of the day. The hot tub held its heat even when it was 20 degrees. If we find ourselves returning to visit, we’ll be back!

We took the house for a family getaway, and it far beyond surpassed our expectations. From the cleanliness of the home, to the beauty and utility of the pool. There was an abundance of all things you can expect to find in a home, e.g. the bathrooms were stocked with an abundance of name brand shampoos and soaps. We enjoyed the beautiful coastline that was in close proximity to house. And we spent hours at the pool on a daily basis, it was very private. Cindy was responsive to our every need and query. She even came by a couple of times to help us out with some issues, she went beyond her call of duty. All this she did graciously, as if it’s not even a bother. She is a true super host.

We stayed 3 nights over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. Home is so cozy and well equipped. There was even a Christmas tree in the house! Dylan is a very responsive host. Truly cares about his property and guests. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!
