Vacation rentals with a fire pit in New Castle County

I will truly miss this place and Ben. This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I ever had and Ben made my final semester at University so comfortable and welcoming! The house is in a lovely location that makes it easily accessible to local hotspots & the university. My favorite part were the adorable pets that kept me company throughout the day! I highly recommend this place, short or long stay, it is the best experience you will ever have as well. Thanks for being such an amazing host Ben!

Our stay was wonderful- our only regret was not staying during warmer weather to enjoy the backyard and associated amenities! Everything matched the descriptions, it was accessible and our host was responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a long term review since I stayed for around three months. I’ve got a family of six with children. The house is spacious and great. The neighborhood is cozy and calm. Groceries and shops are approachable. It represents the American dream. The host Leanne and her family were very helpful and responsive. We have very much enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend this place for large families.

While in town visiting family, Christine's place was perfect to come back to each night. The house feels like you're away from the world — peaceful and calm with a view of the trees — but the location is right near town with a grocery store/restaurants/gas station all within a quick drive. Christine and Gordon were both warm and welcoming hosts while giving me plenty of space and privacy to go about my day. The snack and tea tray Christine laid out was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated, especially at the end of a long day. The bedroom, bathroom, and the bed itself were clean and comfortable, as was the entire house. I would love to stay here again on a future visit. Thank you Christine!

We had an excellent stay. Shane was very friendly and great at communicating! The place was clean and the check-in was easy.

My stay at Lukies Red Door Retreat was so relaxing and accommodating. The atmosphere was spa like with a water feature, pink Himalayan salt lamps and a gas fireplace. The large backyard was perfect for my 2 dogs. The host was very responsive and even let me do a late check out without an extra charge. Will stay here again.

Johnny was a great host and very responsive - The apartment was great. They provided towels, soaps, shampoos, wifi, laundry and ample parking. It is central to Delaware Park, Christiana mall and the Wilmington Riverfront. It is also minutes from the ILG airport and not far from Philadelphia. It is within walking distance to historic Old New Castle which is very beautiful with multiple restaurant options-Nora Lees was my favorite. The patio and fire pit were also a nice touch. Will be coming back to stay again.
