Vacation rentals with a fire pit in New Castle County

I will truly miss this place and Ben. This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I ever had and Ben made my final semester at University so comfortable and welcoming! The house is in a lovely location that makes it easily accessible to local hotspots & the university. My favorite part were the adorable pets that kept me company throughout the day! I highly recommend this place, short or long stay, it is the best experience you will ever have as well. Thanks for being such an amazing host Ben!

Can’t say enough good things! They had everything you needed and more. The owner was very responsive. We felt right at home and had no issues at all! We will be back when in Delaware again!

This is a long term review since I stayed for around three months. I’ve got a family of six with children. The house is spacious and great. The neighborhood is cozy and calm. Groceries and shops are approachable. It represents the American dream. The host Leanne and her family were very helpful and responsive. We have very much enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend this place for large families.

The place was nice, right along the river. Plenty of places to eat within 20 minutes. Everything listed as amenities was there plus other things that weren't. We stayed at an Airbnb versus a hotel due to we were in the area for work. My only complaint which the Airbnb owner has no control over is the neighbor next door. He was out in his truck all night long revving his motor up to get heat in his truck, then would take pleasure of the devils lettuce and fall asleep with his loud truck running. Again, not Gabriel's fault, just a warning to anyone coming during cold weather. If we do work in that area again, I would definitely stay at this place. If you stay there, go out to the point and watch the sunset

Christine and her husband made us feel right at home. They are both extremely friendly and helpful. Their home is quiet and comfortable in a very peaceful neighborhood. The mattress and pillows were the perfect firmness. I would not hesitate to stay with them again if we are in their area.
