Condo vacation rentals in New Castle County

Cute and cozy place that is well decorated and squeaky clean. Easily walkable to restaurants and activities. The Brandywine creek (river) and Fletcher Brown Park are 2 blocks away for a nice walk. Dhameer was an extremely responsive host. Super convenient parking.

Really enjoyed my stay in trolley square. Perfect location that’s walkable to local restaurants, cafes and parks. Only a 10 minute drive to the children’s hospital. The apartment was clean and felt like home. I noticed in previous reviews that there were complaints about the hot water pressure in the shower, the street parking and dogs nearby. I didn’t have any issues with the water pressure or parking. There is a dog at the neighbors place, but I didn’t notice any barking late at night. My only complaint about the apartment is that the bedroom has large windows and a door that are a bit drafty. I stayed here in the winter so that room was very cold despite the heat being on. Luckily there were many extra blankets available!

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

Summary: Clean, comfortable, great deal, convenient location This place was such a great deal I didn’t even realize it was a whole two bedroom! I rented for myself and the location was perfect to see friends from UD to Wilmington, as well as have some peaceful time to myself. Having a few friends over was the perfect cozy vibe, aura level 1000. The TVs, bedroom setup, living room, and kitchen space were all well-stocked, extremely clean, and comfortable all-around. The blackout curtains are an especially nice touch to get some real sleep in during time away from home. To top it all off, I asked to stay an extra night early morning of my scheduled checkout, and for a great deal again I was able to stay an extra day with dear friends. The only thing would be the balcony was not useable at the time of my stay, which was a bit of a bummer but I made due perfectly fine. Otherwise, this place was great! Thanks Prat :D

This home matched the description/photos to a T. We needed for nothing during our stay. Super close to Main St. with restaurants and bars. It truly felt like my home away from away. I will be visiting again!

Was perfect for our long-term stay ( 2 months) Appreciated off-street parking! Very comfortable for 2adults after busy days caring for our grandchildren! Kitchen is a good size but not equipped for long term stay cooking . Good restaurants and grocery store a short drive or 15 minute walk . Felt safe walking in daytime . Amazon Prime available , borrowed son’s ROKU to access other services . Chris was responsive to questions and offered suggestions for local eateries/ coffee . Easy check-in /out.

The host was very helpful and promptly answered my questions. For example, I was locked out and didn’t have my entry code to the house. I contacted them via my colleagues Airbnb account. They reached out and saved the day. Cheers.

I am really glad I was able to book with Ms.Haven. She was so helpful, patient, understanding, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed staying in the room. I consider myself to be an introvert, so the room was definitely introvert-friendly. Which is just what I needed. My two cats also were able to comfortable very quickly as well. The location is near my Job, so I can walk to work. Again, just what I needed. 10/10 I would recommend to others. Thank you to Ms. Haven for your hospitality.

I had a great stay. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. There is plenty of things to do close by.

I stayed at this location for several months, as a traveler, it is always important to find a safe clean home with easy access to all my needs. It is close to I-495 which made travel to work very convenient. Leanne’s place provided all my needs, she is a very kind host and willingly worked with me. Thanks Leanne you made my stay Wilmington a pleasure.
