Vacation rentals with a patio in New Brunswick

Had a great stay here! Convenient location to everything downtown. Dining room worked great for the 7 of us to have dinner together. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. I messaged about clearing driveway and someone was there right away. Would definitely book again

Kevin and Alanna's place was absolutely beautiful it was a cozy spot to stay very close to the city and local stores it had everything you needed to feel right at home

This Airbnb was fantastic it was the basement of the house but had large windows did not feel like a basement. Unit was well maintained, clean and would stay there again.

Cindy was very supportive and understanding of us during our stay while a family member was in the hospital nearby. Highly recommended for anyone in a similar situation because of the location being just a 7 minute drive from the hospital. It’s less expensive than a hotel and you get everything you need. It’s comfortable, clean, and quiet.

We were in the area to visit family over Christmas who didn't have space so we booked this house for a place to sleep. Can't comment on things to do in the area or walkability, etc, but it was nice, modern, with comfortable beds, and we'd definitely book again.

Very pleased with the accommodations, lots of room for us to have our own space to chill out, way better than the cottages we've stayed at before on Grand Manan. Location was great, peaceful and private, great spot to walk the dog and watch fog and tides roll in and out.

Just finished our stay at Joanne’s. We booked for four nights and then decided to stay another night. Considering it was a last minute decision, Joanne was very accommodating and was able to book us for another night. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and it’s feels like being home. I would highly recommend staying here, if I’m in the area again I will be staying here for sure.

What a beautiful place to stay! Denise welcomed us, and took us on a tour of the house. Her house is equipped with everything you need, it was awesome. the home was clean and very comfortable. The nature cant be beat! The sky at night is of course incredible, as is the beach right across the road. Beautiful stones, a rockhound would have a ball. I cannot wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. The sunroom was a great bonus for morning coffee or unwinding. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo for us! Clean and comfy and the ocean view was wonderful! The hosts were super friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.

We really enjoyed the place! The condo is very large, the 2 bathrooms very convenient for 4 people. The views are great, the walks on the shore were so nice. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was nice. We recommend it!

Terrific option for anyone wanting proximity to all the great things in Uptown Saint John. Located very close (walking distance) to great food, culture and shopping options, and also handy proximity to major roadways into and out of the uptown core and city. Lots of nice amenities and helpful/friendly instructions were on hand in the space. Guests will need a minute or two to get acquainted with the quirky tilt in the floor upping arrival - typical feature of all the old buildings of this kind in the Uptown area, and it certainly wasn’t a detriment to my stay there. HELPFUL HI T IF YOU’RE STAYING THERE IN THE WINTER: The owner had the heat on for my arrival and it was VERY toasty when I arrived, owing to the unit being on the third floor of the building. The written instructions for turning the heat down were very helpful!

Our stay was great especially it was located on the main avenue which means it was close to everything the Airbnb was very nice and clean,lot of towels and kitchen supplies we enjoy our stay thanks Marie
