We had a Mother/Daughter getaway weekend here in January and we had the most wonderful time! My daughter had just finished her exam week and needed to relax and de-stress, and this was the perfect place for her to do this, so beautiful and serene!

I think this may have been my 6th stay there with my husband. Sharon is such an easy and relaxed host. We’ve never felt awkward staying there. She is friendly, helpful and does her own thing. You feel very welcome there. I love the older heritage home feeling and the rates are always reasonable. Every year I find an excuse to come back.

If you are looking for the place of peace and tranquility - look no further. Very nice, cozy place, located in beautiful surroundings. Host is very friendly and supportive. Definitely recommended.

Top quality place Picture 2 drenched cyclists under the pouring rain approaching an immaculate heritage house, nestled in vineyards. Well..that's us. Lorne and Marine were first-class hosts. From Marine welcoming us with dry towels, to offering a welcome wine, to showing us one of their beautiful Bichon Frisé, to preparing a great, homemade, earthy breakfast. The house could be the perfect set of a movie. Plus, we also met some top notch guest stars. Everything was impeccable. Quality place.

We were late checking in but there was a note at the desk with the host's number - she answered straight away and explained where the room key was. Loved the beautiful old house - well maintained and full of character. Breakfast was across the road in an equally lovely house. All in all enjoyed my stay and would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful spot close to the park and to town. Perfect spot to relax after hiking. Loved the breakfast and the personal welcome for my dog. Would go back anytime.

Would go back again in a hearbeat! Very clean, roomy, quiet, comfortable, relaxing! We wanted to just stay in and have a glass of wine, relax and enjoy the view. The hosts were friendly and communicative. It's a 10!

We loved our stay at the Maplehurst Manor. The property and home were beautiful and our room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was great! Jeff and Marisca were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and had great suggestions for area restaurants. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Great place for a get-a-way. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was just great—Hao was very welcoming. We loved the sound of someone playing piano in the parlour as we arrived—it felt like entering someone’s gracious home. Our room was impeccably clean, with thoughtful design touches and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast pancakes and eggs were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again. Very cozy little room, very friendly host, great experience

Leslie and Kevin have an impressive home which they generously share with others. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from the historic downtown. Breakfast was great and we appreciated all the historic information Kevin provided.

Her comfortable cottage is done up with style (see the pictures), and with beautiful outdoors and lakefront dock to enjoy the serene views and sunsets. Her place is super clean and the bedding/towels, etc are top notch. She makes you feel at home with a warm welcome and offer to use the shared spaces. And if you are so inclined, it’s a pleasure to engage in conversation with her. I would love to stay at her place again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.

Steve and his family were very welcoming and friendly. He was very responsive to messages and questions. The room and home were very clean and they made sure I had anything I might need. He was also very flexible to work with me on my changing schedule. I would recommend a stay here!
