This is a simply furnished top floor studio apartment w/ a private terrace garden in our 3 storied house. Staying at our place is living like locals. We are located in central Kathmandu with easy access to transportation, stores, heritage sites & tourist center Thamel (5 mints walk). We adopt eco-friendly ways and our place is relatively green and quiet, tucked in the lane, off the main street. We had a perfect stay at Amulya's place. The location of the flat was ideal - a 5 minute walk from local grocery stores and 15 minutes drive from Thamel. The access to the veranda was so nice and we enjoyed being able to easily dry our clothes on the rooftop. The flat had all modern amenities to be comfortable staying in Kathmandu.

The place was fabulous, exactly how it was presented in pictures. Had all the amenities as listed. I would say you will feel at home staying here, the rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and overall we had a great experiance staying. Please don't think twice before booking the place if you see it book it.

I felt like I was living inside a heritage. In very close proximity to the UNESCO world heritage site Patan durbar square. Very clean, traditionally inclined yet comes with modern utilities. I appreciated the local recommendations & friendly staff. It was very close to all major attractions in Patan, Kathmandu & Bhaktapur. Minute walk from restaurants and markets. I would go back.

I had a wonderful stay at Bishnu’s apartment in the Bhatbhateni Apartments in Kathmandu. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Kiran was an excellent local host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu and would gladly stay here again in the future.

This apartment in Kathmandu is located outside the tourist area which I loved. You feel more like a local, whilst being approx 20 min walk from Thamel. It is in a quiet area, away from the road. Nice clean room and beds were quite comfy. Host is easy to communicate with. Great location, walking distance from where the buses leave to Pokhara.

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

A sunny, quiet and comfortable apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Kathmandu, with nice restaurants, coffee shops, department stores, organic grocery shops, and gyms/yoga studios at a walking distance. I chose this place after going through a lot of options and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Adhiraj is a friendly and attentive host. He promptly responded to all my questions and provided some small items I needed during my stay. I loved staying here and will definitely be back soon.
