The apartment is super located on a quiet street, very close to the beach and center. It is not large but cozy. The house is very pleasant and quiet.

We had a lovely and relaxed stay at Denise's place. The luxurious house was full of comforts and very clean. Everything was very good

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Perfect for bigger groups to chill, cook and have a cozy time.

The hostess welcomed us very warmly. We could park opposite. The garden is great. So many herbs have been planted. It was very clean inside. It was cute and warm with the fireplace. There was even a mattress topper. And I was able to cook well. Hot shower was also possible. And sleep peacefully. Everything you want is there. If we are around again, we will be happy to come back. The hostess has thought of everything.

If you want to treat yourself to a wellness factor in grey autumn, this is the place to be. The villa is high quality and lovingly furnished and the private sauna and hot tub invite you to relax. Communication with the hosts was straightforward. In short, we had a wonderful weekend at the villa and clearly recommend it! Thank you for everything.

Very quiet and great to drive down

We spent a weekend in Gut Häven and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and with the fireplace you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable, even if the weather should not play along. The hosts are very friendly and we will be happy to come back.

The stay in the apartment was very nice. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. It is very well located, the beach and restaurants are within walking distance.

One of the best vacation rentals I've ever been to. Everything was just right here in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities. Super comfortable bed, great big couch, well-equipped kitchen and the location right on the water an absolute dream. Also great restaurants and a bakery very close. Check-in super uncomplicated and flexible. Absolutely fully recommended!!! Thank you for everything!

The apartment was very nice and looked renovated. Everything clean. Fresh towels. The kitchen was new and fully equipped. I was very surprised because you usually don't even get salt or basics elsewhere. Which was not the case here. We didn't miss anything in the end 🙂

Insanely lovely apartment close to the city center, only a 10-15 minute walk into the city center. The apartment is located in quiet surroundings, with a very nice rooftop terrace and a nice decor of the apartment. New bathroom and new kitchen, both fully furnished with both the necessary spices, coffee and tea and in the bathroom, hotel similar conditions with toothpaste, cotton buds, good with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, cotton pads, tampons, and towels. The bed made up when we arrived, to a lovely bed. Nice instruction when going into the apartment, and then there was easy parking, both in front and close. Gives the warmest recommendations from here. It was a really wonderful experience and I would love to come again 🙏

Very nice place to relax and explore the area. We walked a lot for shopping and eating and rented e-bikes to explore. All around amazing stay.

We were in Schwerin for a family weekend with the offspring and felt very comfortable in Tobi's apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for our getaway. Also the location was really great and the playground nearby was great. We'll be back 😊
