Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Great place to stay for a home away from home. Little things you may have forgot she has there. So thoughtful. Fridge had condiments, bread and a bottle of wine just like home! Kleio is always accessible. Helped me with Uber to get around the city. Her place is about 2 miles away from the heart of everything. An Uber ride there is about 5-7 Euros each way. Well worth it with all the walking to do at the Acropolis and Syntagma Square, So nice to come home after a day of exploring to the little outside garden have a glass of wine and reflect on the day. Felt very safe not only are the doors gorgeous they are like Fort Knox, felt very safe leaving our valuables behind as we explored! Would definitely stay again. Rhonda from Pensacola Florida

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the location, with many great coffee shops nearby, and just a few blocks from the pedestrian path around the Agora and the Acropolis. The host was friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in that little, very well renovated apartment. The garden with its view over Athens is unbeatable and the small room upstairs is very charming! The apartment has a lovely and well maintained atmosphere and offers a kitchen and bathroom with everything a family needs. Even binoculars! The bed downstairs maybe is a little small for two adults and the room has no air conditioning, which for october is fine but still a bit warm. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a bed with a very firm mattress. We liked the area a lot, it’s quiet (though a primary school is next door) and we loved to sit on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the little garden! With metro and a little walk you can easily reach it after your adventures down in Athens! Gianni and his lovely mom gave us very warm welcome and showed us everything! Also he was very helpful with any questions we had. We recommend this home away from home and would definitely come back!

I really liked the spacious apartment. Elina had been very responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and I was surprised to see that there were cold water, milk, fruits and yogurt in the fridge for me to consume. The apartment is centrally located and it is easy to go to places from there. Overall, I left with a positive experience.

Very clean place. Enough of space for 8 people. everything was prepared for us, the place had everything we needed. Area was nice and quiet. nice few spots in the area to have good food and coffee

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Perfect location, kind host, friendly area, very close the beach (3 min), public transportation, supermarket and cofee shop at the corner, tram from Mousson is 35 min to the Syntagma square.

Our host was great. We were there on a working holiday, and the internet went out. After a quick back and forth set of messages he came out to us to look into the issue. He managed to correct it and setup a time to have the internet company fix more permanently. What was especially good was that he had a backup device that we used while the internet company addressed the issue. Great service. Highly recommend it!

We had great stay at Tasos’ apartment. He welcomed us at 11pm and had bought us milk for the kids since next arrival day was Sunday and supermarket were closed. He is genuinely passionate about hosting and making sure his guests are comfortable and happy. The apartment is in walkable area to all you wanna see and do in Athens. 100% recommend couple. Thank you Tasos for making our visit to Athens memorable one.

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

The apartment is the same as you see it the pictures. It’s clean and well equipped all the necessary things you need for short or long stay. Location is good, just for 1 min walk to the M1 metro station. From there it’s very easy to access city center which is 2-3 metro stops away from the place. it’s a multicultural neighborhood, but seemed very safe. The building had cameras and lock door. On the corner of the street is supermarket , pharmacy, cafe and bakery. Alexsandros is super host. He is very friendly and is ready to help you any time of the day. He replied immediately 👏🏻 Highly recommended! 🫶🏻

We had a great stay with Eleni & Athina for two nights - super responsive and always very happy to help! The flat is in a great location and is a relaxing place after a busy day in Athens - very clean and lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again/recommend to friends!

The apartment was clean and in a great location for very quick public transport to the city centre. Our host was very welcoming and gave us plenty of advice and excellent recommendations for our time in the city. We would recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying in Athens

My family and I used the appartement for a few nights in November '24 when we visited Athens for the Marathon. Convenient location, since less than a kilometer away from the finish :). The communication from Stella & Nikos was outstanding. Both before and during our stay, they were super helpful, arranging for an airport transfer, providing lots of ideas for restaurants and so on.
