Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nelson County

We had a beautiful stay here! The mountain view were incredible, with an overlook a short walk away. The hot tub was perfect for enjoying a cold night. Definitely would recommend!

It was beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean and spacious and if he had any questions or needed help with something she was very responsive. It was a healing trip for our family and exactly what we needed. We hope we can return next year!

Definitely a fairy tale experience tucked away in such a gorgeous area! We got to experience the beautiful fall colors. I was initially worried about not having AC, but as it turns out, AC is really not needed up there in the mountains. It was a lovely experience and we look forward to our next stay!

We love the Small house. This was our second time staying and we really do feel right at home. The house has everything you need and the outdoor property is perfect for spending time outside with the dogs. The hosts are top notch…Jennifer is super responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Deborah was very responsive from day 1 until after check out, even when I asked for advice on a local place to host a Rehearsal Luncheon. Her house was beautiful and peaceful! There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property was GORGEOUS! I wish I could've spent more time there. I hope to go back again sometime!

Our group loved staying at Ashley’s home! Close to the wineries and hiking. Close enough to Charlottesville. The home is an older home with some quirks and character but it did not bother us one bit. Would definitely book again!

Unique house with plenty of space for kids. Not a lot of land to explore and the road is fairly busy so something to be aware of with kids. We very much enjoyed our week!

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The owners thought of every detail and it showed!

Beautiful views of sunrise over the mountains, and so peaceful to sit out on balcony and enjoy the mountain view. Great instructions for check in. Location was spotsless, with well stocked kitchen which enabled us to enjoy our stay even more as we could cook every night and eat in. Well stocked with games and puzzles, and toys for younger children. Master bedroom on ground level allowed entire family to spread out and have spacious living areas for a relaxing stay.

Our stay was really nice. The location was beautiful and near lots of great hiking. The condo has a cute little balcony that was perfect for having a drink outside. There were clear instructions for check in and while staying, and the host was responsive and friendly. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and even some cooking spices! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

My family traveled from three states to get together for Thanksgiving this year. The condo is spacious, with four large bedrooms, four baths, a well equipped kitchen and other amenities, convenient location and unmatched views of the mountains. Joshua was a friendly and attentive host, who responded almost instantly to answer any question or issue. I hope we will be able to return in the near future.

Great stay. Not updated, but extremely comfortable. Bed was great! We really enjoyed the fireplace. Everything we needed for a short stay. Small suggestion… get rid of the cable and tv and buy a smart tv for streaming. Thanks for a great stay and for allowing us a later checkout. Much appreciated.

Clean condo with beautiful views. Had extra blankets which were needed as it was cold. Fireplace was a plus. Although on the mountain it was close to our favorite wineries. We highly recommend and will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary Beth's condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and Mary Beth was very responsive throughout, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing.
