What an amazing Airbnb! My favorite throughout my NZ travels. Quiet and private yet so close to town. Spacious, comfortable, modern. Love the jet bathtub! Delicious local fruit and milk provided. Gracious and thoughtful hostess. Nice washer for clothing and detergent provided. Two balconies. So close to great restaurants and shops. 10/10!

Fantastic place to stay! Great location - walking distance to hospital. Easy drive to both town center or Richmond. Apartment was spotless and modern and had all amenities that we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly and approachable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

Heinz place is just the best! wonderful location, great cleanliness and attention to detail. All the utensils etc required for a comfortable stay The pool was an added bonus. Heinz and his wife were so hospitable and gave good advice about trips. I can not recommend this place enough it is restorative and peaceful. Thankyou

Review: Stunning Stay on the Hill in Nelson We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb perched on the hill in Nelson, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property boasts breathtaking views of the harbour, especially at sunrise and sunset. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine while soaking in the scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is fantastic! It’s just a short and easy walk to the town centre, where we found great cafes, shops, and restaurants. Despite being so close to everything, the Airbnb felt wonderfully peaceful and secluded. Nelson itself has so much to offer, and this Airbnb was the perfect base for exploring. There were plenty of nearby tours, from wine tastings to nature adventures, and we loved coming back to such a comfortable and stylish retreat after a day out. The hosts were friendly and thoughtful, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. If you’re visiting Nelson, this Airbnb is a gem—highly recommend!

I have been using AirBnB since 2015 and this is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Villa 10 is nearly perfect: comfortable, quiet, well-located, well equipped, and spacious. The views are amazing, and the sea air is delightful. Great kitchen. Jenny even provides fine china for tea. Fantastic place.

Pristine, contemporary apartment in a very central location. Nanette was great with check-in and made sure that we knew how everything worked. The two bedrooms and baths are in the bottom level with the living space/kitchen up one floor. We didn’t do any cooking but I think that there were adequate pots and pans, utensils, etc. This unit does have some stairs to get to it in case mobility is an issue.

We loved our stay at Leah's cottage. She has beautifully renovated her historic home and it was so fun to look through the photos of her efforts in the photo album on the coffee table. The house is in a lovely residential neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Our group had a lovely stay at Robyn's place! Everything was immaculate, he beds were comfy and we especially loved the outdoor garden area to chill in the sunshine. Would absolutely stay again for our next trip to Nelson!

The house was so beautiful with a great view. The kitchen had everything you could imagine plus washing machine and drier. They had Netflix, Disney and everything you can think about. A piano, a beautiful balcony and a gorgeous spa bath! We were very happy in this house. Would love to come back again.

Our last night on the South Island was at Billy’s place. Don’t let the exterior scare. The views from each room are delightful. There is a lookout nearby to watch the sunset. My husband loved the huge TV screen!!! If you want a cardio workout the walk to New World through the Quebec street walkway will deliver!

Great place for a weekend away with friends mountain biking.
