Spacious and comfortable home filled with the owners treasures. Great trails for walking, running and biking behind the house. Short walk in to Nelson city. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including homegrown veges and citrus from Hilma’s garden. Deck is lovely to relax on and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beautiful outlook. Hilma is a great host and was quick to respond when I had some queries. As well as the trails we enjoyed frisbee golf in the nearby park which is also dog friendly - you can hire discs from MD Outdoors. Had a delicious dinner at Nahm (short drive from house) and great coffee and breakfast at Bobby Franks Cafe (walkable). Connings Pop Up great for fresh fruit and vege.

This was our second stay at Kaye and Kevin's house. It is in an beautiful location with wide valley views. The house is well laid out with every comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms have excellent showers. There is a great outdoor living area. Kaye and Kevin are wonderful hosts and we fully recommend a stay in their comfortable home.

Seamless experience with Gemma and we had a wonderful stay at her place on Bisley ave. Loved the proximity to Tahunanui beach, the views over the harbour and the minimalist set up of the house, that still had everything we needed. The living space is much more substantial than the photos suggest and the overall this rental offers really good value for all the great things it has to offer!

We were welcomed upon arrival by Sam who was a wealth of information. The cottage was perfect for us, extremely clean & well set up. A little bit of rural with some very good local shops within a short walk made the location ideal. Lots of nice touches, including light cooking facilities, a washer & a very delicious bottle of wine! Three days at this very comfortable cottage passed far too quickly. Thank you Sam & Lars.

Great comfy house very comfortable for 2 families with young kids. Lots to do at the house plus close to activities and amenities.

This Airbnb is better than some 5 star hotels. Beds, bath, kitchen - everything is absolutely top notch, new, comfy, clean and amazing. We couldn't even try the pool outside because we didn't have enough time and simply didn't want to leave the wonderful house ;) highly recommended! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We stayed for two nights as we ended our road trip round the south Island. as a family of 3 with a 3 year old it was perfect -- the trampoline and pool made for a blend of relaxing/entertain the kid. BBQ and quiet surroundings. easy to get to nelson beaches and restaurants. would recommend!

Lovely place to stay with a friendly host. Not too far from Nelson and surrounding attractions but feels amazingly private and peaceful - and we loved being able to say hello to the cows! Pool was a great facility for hot summer afternoons and the cottage had everything we needed and nice spacious rooms.

If it exists, this belongs in the Airbnb Hall of Fame. Sharron and Ross gave our family a once in a lifetime Christmas. Everything you could imagine was provided (fresh bread, farm fresh eggs, baked goods) and if we ever needed anything - we received tenfold. Beyond the generosity - the place was as advertised. Peaceful, beautiful views and clean as a whistle. It was so hard to leave! I envy any and all future travelers that find their way here and dearly hope to make it back one day.

The location is to die for, among gardens in the vines. While it’s remote and rustic, you won’t lack for anything. The games room is brilliant for kids. Luke invites you to explore all the facilities of the property and we enjoyed the tennis court and swimming pool. The gardens are full of fruit (although not quite ripe at the time of our visit). You will need a car as it is a few minutes drive to any shops. It’s also close to some wonderful wineries. A highlight was a swim in the nearby Wairau River, refreshing in the Summer heat. Luke was away during our visit but still attentive and his family were available for any problems. A lovely place to get away from it all and relax.

Great place to stay for a group of friends . Close to restaurants and supermarkets. The place itself was really flash with everything you need, great bedding and lovely bathrooms. Has an pitdoor area where you can enjoy a nice dinner on a sunny nelson day

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It had ample space, beautiful and sunny, the location was fantastic, pretty much all things were considered and thought of in this home for the stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location to explore Nelson! Easy keyless access to the property. Clean and clutter free with all the amnesties you will need (we stayed for a month). Additional cleaning/linen change was offered due to our extended stay which was a great bonus at no extra cost. Friendly team who are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The views are great - especially for sunrise/sunset. Friendly, quiet neighbours. Overall a great stay - highly recommend!

This is a first class property with a spectacular view. It has all the facilities / equipment that you need to make your stay enjoyable. There are a number of bars / restaurants in the Tahunanui district which are within 1 km of the property. It is an easy downhill walk to get to them but quite a climb on the journey home!. The property is in a good location with Nelson town centre only 10 minutes away by car and the airport is also only 10 minutes away. All in all an excellent place to stay.
