Apartment vacation rentals in Nelly Bay

I was concerned with our check in as we were arriving on the last car ferry, when the office was closed. It did take a while to get an answer, and I found the people I spoke to not very reassuring and quite frustrating. In the end it did get sorted and the key was where it was meant to be. The complex is very nice to stay in and the choice of 4 pools is just great. The deck catches a lot of wind so you do have to be aware of it when you open the sliding door. Very comfortable accommodation with all the ammenities you could wish for.

Lighthouse was amazing to stay at. Great location and view. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to get onto. It was comfy and clean. A great place to stay.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Josephine’s. The unit is clean with everything that we need and it is in a great spot. When we had a minor issue with the lockbox Josephine was easy to contact and very helpful.

For the second year in a row, this is the accommodation of choice for our crew when visiting Townsville. Thank you again!

Rayne’s place was just what we needed. It was great value for money, and so cosy! We were greeted with a little hamper of chocolate and coffee which was a nice touch. All the rooms were extremely clean and tidy, and at the last minute she sorted out the second bedroom for us which was a life saver. Would love to stay again.

You get exactly what you see with Mia’s place. Could not fault this location, it was on the Strand within walking distance of some great restaurants and coffee shops. Mia made sure we felt at home by making sure the house was fully stocked and beautifully presented. Great value for money as well!

We were very happy with our stay. Nadene was very quick to respond to any enquiries and the unit was very clean and perfect to explore townsville from. Would recommend.

Jody’s place was a great spot for our stay in Townsville. Walkable to lots of restaurants as well as things to do. We used the e-scooters to get anywhere that was slightly further as they were always around and easy to use. The place was lovely and cool in the summer NQ heat, and the pool was a great addition. The backyard is beautiful and well looked after. It was a very pleasant and quiet little oasis. No outside noise or loud roads which was excellent given the central location. Great local recommendations from Jody upon arrival. Will absolutely book again if ever in TSV!

Geoffs place is in a great location where you can easily walk to a great number of restaurants and cafes. It was very clean. Just be aware that the unit is on the third floor and there’s only stairs to access. The Aircon in the bedroom is great and there is a very comfortable pillow top mattress and a choice of two types of pillows. I had an unusually good sleep due to the comfort of the Bed. Would definitely stay again when in Townsville.

Caro and Rouven were a delightful host couple - friendly, welcoming, proactive. The studio space was fresh and spacious, with a huge bathroom including bathtub and walk-in shower. The guest had the entire private backyard with a comfy outdoor setting. The family lived upstairs and were always very quiet in the evenings. I was there for 2 weeks and had blissful sleeps every night. Very easy to find, and Caro made sure you could find your way easily late at night with a trail of lights.

Our second stay here and was just as great as the first visit. The accommodation, view, location and pool are the best we have had in Townsville. David is an amazing host. We will definitely stay again.

It is a great accommodation. It met our trip's needs, it is/had: • away from the main streets • good location to visit other town areas • homely and comfortable • necessary items (such as extra bedding, towels, kitchen items, etc) • general kitchen and bathroom essentials (that aren't available at other types of accommodation) • cleaning items and products, etc • good business - customer communication, interaction and arrangements

Had a great getaway thank you, not only was the location perfect but the place made it easy for a relaxing stay. absolutely love the pull out couch too it was so comfy.

Perfect location being that its only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. Close to great food! Perfect for a family or even just a couple who want a home away from home vibe! Perfect setting for a "wind down" holiday! Everything was clean and tidy and Andrew was fantastic to work with. Would not hesitate to book again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this Magnetic Island Airbnb! The view of the harbor and ocean between Nelly Bay and Townsville was stunning, and the location offered a total of five pools! While we didn't use all of them, it was great to have options. Kathy's communication was amazing, and the place was spotless and well furnished. We loved being on the lower level as we avoided stairs and had access to the courtyard with the diverse wildlife (rock wallabies and other natives) frequenting the area. The unit also includes personal parking space, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend - We'll be back!

This was our first time visiting Magnetic Island and this place was exactly what we needed! The apartment was modern and spacious for the two of us. The best thing is that it’s walking distance from the ferry.
