Absolute recommendation

Very spacious apartment with great sea view from the balcony. Originally, we were going to be 2 families but ended up being just 2 adults with 2 kids. The apartment could easily accommodate 2 families. There are 2.5 bathrooms, (which is great if you are more people), large living room and full kitchen. I liked the location, but it is a little far from the center, so you will need to drive. Overall, great place, would stay again. Thank you😊

Great location for exploring the mountains and skiing near by. We also enjoyed the small village. Very comfy beds. Has a fully equipped kitchen and most of all Nikola was a great host there to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend this place for a fun mountain experience in Bulgaria!

We had a great home, very well thought out, impressive and comfortable stay. The only problem we had was to walk or take a taxi to the Studenets 2 runway by taking a 500-600 m ramp. (We didn't move our car because of the parking space.) Those with their own ski team can get into the track from the lower floor of the hotel and go to the Studenets 2 runway with telesiej, I should mention that. If you go on purpose, you'll be comfortable. But the house was so warm and comfortable I have to say that we were very comfortable. Everything imaginable for the guest was thought and provided. There was a closet everywhere, hangers in every room, ear sticks, make up cotton. Very tastefully furnished, nice apartment. In addition, the host, Simeon, was very kind to us and answered every question we had in the whole process. We thank him very much.

A lovely apartment, spacious with a great view. The complex has a great restaurant but there's not a lot else in the immediate vicinity without walking up the hill into Studenets. The ski in ski out element only really works if you are a competent skiier, as the slope was closed and not well maintained. Maria always responded very quickly to messages and we thought the apartment was great value for money. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was great having a fireplace, the wood can be bought at reception. A lucent week was had by all!

Clean and well-located apartment, high up with a nice view of the city and a 10min drive from the beach and the city center. Susanna was very nice as a host. Thanks again for everything.
