Great place to stay if you are in the area for an event! Very clean and well taken of. I would recommended this place others it was a great stay!

The place was great! Access was easy and flexible, the place was clean and cozy and comfortable, and Sharon was very kind, helpful, and responsive. I was only here for a quick overnight stay during a road trip, but I would’ve happily stayed longer because it was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Sharon!

Beautiful home close to the lake with plenty of space for a group stay. The home was as advertised. Would recommend to any other guests looking for a quiet, spacious place to stay with beautiful views.

A pile of relatives gathered in Ansley for a wedding, everyone coming from different directions to this little farm town. This farmhouse was perfect for fitting us all and feeling like home.

Melanie has a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood and she is a great host. She is warm and welcoming. The neighborhood felt very safe. Everything was clean and tidy And I was comfortable using the kitchen for early morning coffee and toast. The deck provided a peaceful start to the day After a comfortable night's sleep. She thought the bedroom might be warm Since it had been a hot day, but it was just right with the ceiling fan providing air movement. The doggies were a welcome Addition And I enjoyed their company. No issues there! There was a nice neighborhood park Just a few steps away with a nice walking path. It was A great place to stay overnight on my way through and I expect to be back. I wouldn't change a thing!

We couldn't be happier with the physical property and all of the items that were stocked and provided for entertainment and cooking. It was a bit more than we would normally spend but for our daughter's wedding we wanted to provide a gathering place for all of our traveling friends. I'd say it was overpriced for most people by 20% or so. BUT we loved it and Linda was the absolute epitome of an ideal host! We'll tell everyone and we'll find a reason to go back!

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

I dropped the ball and needed a last minute place to host 7 people for a cabin weekend. This place was awesome. Plenty of space for everyone, areas to grill/cook food. Furniture outside with a tv that swings out. We took a couple rafts out on the pond and it was a blast. If we're in the area in the future we'll definitely look into staying here again.

The space was perfect. It is connected to the main house, but the way that they have it set up felt very private. I enjoyed the patio outside of the kitchen that overlooks the water. There seemed to be a lot of space to explore on the land, but weather kept me from going too far. The booking experience with Evolve was different. I had asked a question and was told that I would have to book the space (nonrefundable) prior to having the question answered by the actual host, Jason. That was my biggest complaint. Jason was a very responsive and friendly host. I would definitely return!

Our cabin experience at Spencer Hill couldn’t have been better! Cozy, beautiful and perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Linda was wonderful and accommodating as our host, always quick to respond. This gorgeous cabin had space for everyone and the kitchen was well-appointed to prep the holiday dinner. Though it was cold, family walks and runs around the lake were a highlight, as well as the fun teepee and playground nearby for our littles. The outdoor space is perfection, complete with speakers inside and out. Christmas music was playing when we arrived, soft lights inside were glowing along with a Christmas tree beside the fireplace. Such a welcoming atmosphere! We’ll be sure to book another stay here in the future! Thanks, Linda!
