Vacation rentals with beach access in Naxxar

One of the best stays I had in Malta. Stunning view, responsive host, comfortable apartment. Top floor with no noise from neighbors.

We loved our 2-week stay! The place is actually a bit better than it looks in the photos. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot. It was easy to walk to nearby shops for groceries. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We really enjoyed having our meals on the balcony overlooking the fields. We had a fantastic dinner one night at Dar Is-Sajjied and great fish and chips at Ta Gorg. Birzebbuga is a good place to stay while exploring the southeastern parts of Malta. There is a lot to see and do in the area. We’d gladly stay at Jason’s place again.

Had a great stay at Tiagos place in the heart of Buggabo, St. Pauls. The apartment is located next to the bus terminal so you have the option of getting a bus from the airport (about 1hr10min for a couple of Euros). The flat is spacious and clean with a nice pool and communal area. The neighbours were also very friendly around the pool. the surrounding area is great, walking distance to cafe del mar, beaches, bars and and number of great restaurants. Had 2 amazing seafood dinners in Ocean basket (thanks for the recommendation Tiago) and Venus. All in a lively 4 night break.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Clean, quiet, close to beach and an excellent sunroof terrace. 24hr Supermarket literally less than 2mins away. Brilliant watersport and bar restaurant. Very friendly, helpful staff in both. 😊

We had a fantastic 9 days in Malta. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the sea, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, and the central bus stop is about 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, modern. The noise is really disruptive (it's in a party district), but we locked the bedroom door and didn't hear anything anymore. Sleeping in the living room wouldn't have been comfortable because of it. Everything was for our comfort, I highly recommend the apartment to everyone. They will not be disappointed.

Bread, water, wine and other treats were ready to welcome you. The kitchen was very well equipped, the balcony has a very nice view of the bay. In the evening in the low season it was very quiet. A parking space on the side of the road was easy to find. The swimming spot on the other side was within easy reach. We really enjoyed it! Thank you Denise!

My fiancée and I would recommend this place without hesitation. Hayley is the best host we have ever met. She takes special care of the house and the guests. She makes sure we are well, if we need anything, and is always willing to help with things about Malta. The apartment is super clean, organized, and has everything we need (kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, iron, cleaning supplies, etc.). Plus, the location is perfect. We are 5 minutes from St. Julians, on a quiet and peaceful street, with a market nearby. For those who are coming on an exchange program and staying at a school in St. Julians or nearby, this apartment is perfect. We rarely take the bus to do anything, because it is close to so many places. One observation/tip: Hayley, together with her husband, Jhow, has a restaurant in the center that is simply delicious. It is worth trying. Hayley, here is our “super thank you” for the stay.

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

Great stay. Really relaxing setting. Lovely touches like a food package that made settling in really easy. Hosts were really quick to respond so we could move to a quieter bedroom at back of the property. San Blas beach was wonderful. Worth the steep walk down. Highly recommend Fat Rabbit restaurant too.

The flat has an excellent location. It is just round the corner from the marina, restaurants and shops. It is located off the main road, so you won't get all the noise of the partying people. However all older properties in Malta are very acoustic, so I recommend taking earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. The flat is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything I needed. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly. I enjoeyed my stay overall and recommend it.

My group had a great time in the house! So many lovely touches, the view was unbeatable, and all the decor and artwork really added to the feeling of being immersed in all things Malta!

Very spacious apartment, just as shown on the photos. An outside sitting area in the courtyard was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive and helpful! The only downside, is that the property is located just outside a very busy street, so it can get noisy...

I stayed in Zetjun for a trip away with friends. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any needs. we had a lovely stay and would come again.

The apartment is located in a great location, close to the beach, shops and good restaurants. Sometimes it's hard to find parking, but after a few rounds around, you've always been able to leave your car somewhere. Genevieve was very helpful - she responded to messages almost immediately, even at night, so we quickly managed to solve a small problem we had with loud ventilation. Thanks for your stay and we recommend :)

Quiet townhouse in a great location, very walkable. Lovely rooftop terrace. Clean kitchen. Very kind, responsive host. Nice spot as a home base if you are spending time exploring nearby areas!

The apartment was even better than we expected, bright and spacious. The view of Valletta and Manoel Island was amazing, especially at night. The apartment was well stocked with salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, paper towel, dish and hand soap etc. which was very nice! The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us with the ferry and the bus stops a short walk away, which made it easy to get around Malta. The only unfortunate thing for us was the elevator was not working for most of our 9 night / 10 day stay and the apartment is on the 7th floor., which was a bit challenging when carrying groceries etc, but we understand it was beyond the owner’s control and he compensated us for our trouble without us even asking. Tina, the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. She even left a nice card, bottle of sparking wine and Malta treats for us knowing it was our Anniversary. We recommend this apartment and would stay in it again.

Spacious apartment, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Within walking distance you can find.. restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. Thank you

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Just perfect 👍👍👍👍

If we could give Mariella and Fabian 10 stars we would. The apartment was fabulous - spotlessly clean and with everything you could ask for, including an incredibly thoughtful welcome pack of essentials. Mariella was an outstanding host (the best we’ve ever had - and we’ve had quite a few!). Incredibly responsive to our requests and very proactive giving us suggestions of places to go and things to do and see. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wholeheartedly recommend and we will be back!

What can I say. The first impression of the place was impressive. Everything were funtionable and working. The place is almost in the center of everything. Eventhough, there were quite a lot of cars around that area, during night time, it was quiet in the apartment. The Host, Matthew, is a person whom you can always rely on. Friendly, attentive and helpful , what else do you need. Lastly, this place is a gem, so don't hesitate, just do it. If not, you may miss out something nice with your holiday.

This is a bright and spacious flat in a fantastic location. The views from the windows and balcony are amazing, and even when it’s too windy to sit on the balcony, you can have a terrific view from inside. The flat is well-equipped and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to pretty much anywhere in Valletta. The Valletta Food Market is a 5 min walk straight up, and you can buy all you need here, even GF, lacto-free and vegan and fresh produce, as well as toiletries, and it is open everyday. It was quite chilly during our stay, but there was an extra heater and a spare duvet if needed. The communication and info from the host was excellent. They also kindly arranged a taxi from the airport for 20 euros, although there are regular buses to Valletta, and the bus station is a 5-10 min walk away. There are so many excellent places to eat nearby, I recommend Adesso, Gambit, Cafe Jubilee, Kamy bar, Yard32 for gin cocktails. Day trips to Marsaslokk and Mdina/Rabat by bus 2 euros each way. Fabulous!

Great value for money: isn’t easy to find such a large apartment in a nice spot for this price. Everything was smooth a part from a couple of small things which are not worth sharing due to Ian responsiveness. The place location is as good as described: close (but not too much) to the noisy center, it’s easy to walk around and to bus stations.
