Vacation rentals with beach access in Naxxar

The property was in a fabulous location overlooking the open sea. At night time the lights majestic. Bus stop, supermarket and gym literally right by the front door. Uber arrives in less than 2mins. Ambrose was very helpful and available at all times. Made the experience so much better. It was the best place to celebrate new years! I will be back again in the summer! Thanks Ambrose!

Had a great stay at Tiagos place in the heart of Buggabo, St. Pauls. The apartment is located next to the bus terminal so you have the option of getting a bus from the airport (about 1hr10min for a couple of Euros). The flat is spacious and clean with a nice pool and communal area. The neighbours were also very friendly around the pool. the surrounding area is great, walking distance to cafe del mar, beaches, bars and and number of great restaurants. Had 2 amazing seafood dinners in Ocean basket (thanks for the recommendation Tiago) and Venus. All in a lively 4 night break.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Clean, quiet, close to beach and an excellent sunroof terrace. 24hr Supermarket literally less than 2mins away. Brilliant watersport and bar restaurant. Very friendly, helpful staff in both. 😊

We had a fantastic 9 days in Malta. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the sea, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, and the central bus stop is about 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, modern. The noise is really disruptive (it's in a party district), but we locked the bedroom door and didn't hear anything anymore. Sleeping in the living room wouldn't have been comfortable because of it. Everything was for our comfort, I highly recommend the apartment to everyone. They will not be disappointed.

Bread, water, wine and other treats were ready to welcome you. The kitchen was very well equipped, the balcony has a very nice view of the bay. In the evening in the low season it was very quiet. A parking space on the side of the road was easy to find. The swimming spot on the other side was within easy reach. We really enjoyed it! Thank you Denise!

My fiancée and I would recommend this place without hesitation. Hayley is the best host we have ever met. She takes special care of the house and the guests. She makes sure we are well, if we need anything, and is always willing to help with things about Malta. The apartment is super clean, organized, and has everything we need (kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, iron, cleaning supplies, etc.). Plus, the location is perfect. We are 5 minutes from St. Julians, on a quiet and peaceful street, with a market nearby. For those who are coming on an exchange program and staying at a school in St. Julians or nearby, this apartment is perfect. We rarely take the bus to do anything, because it is close to so many places. One observation/tip: Hayley, together with her husband, Jhow, has a restaurant in the center that is simply delicious. It is worth trying. Hayley, here is our “super thank you” for the stay.

A fantastic place with a great panoramic view to ocean and harbour. The appartment is spacious and nicely furnished. There's a lot of place to store the clothes. The bed was comfortable. The location is close to the town center (5 min. walk). Nevertheless, the neighborhood is rather quiet and the street sounds are well insulated by the windows. It is a good starting point for excursions, and one gladly returns to end the day with a night cap on the large balcony.

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

Great stay. Really relaxing setting. Lovely touches like a food package that made settling in really easy. Hosts were really quick to respond so we could move to a quieter bedroom at back of the property. San Blas beach was wonderful. Worth the steep walk down. Highly recommend Fat Rabbit restaurant too.

The flat has an excellent location. It is just round the corner from the marina, restaurants and shops. It is located off the main road, so you won't get all the noise of the partying people. However all older properties in Malta are very acoustic, so I recommend taking earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. The flat is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything I needed. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly. I enjoeyed my stay overall and recommend it.

Very spacious apartment, just as shown on the photos. An outside sitting area in the courtyard was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive and helpful! The only downside, is that the property is located just outside a very busy street, so it can get noisy...

I stayed in Zetjun for a trip away with friends. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the host was friendly and quick to respond to any needs. we had a lovely stay and would come again.

Our stay at this lovely Airbnb was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment is cozy and decorated with exquisite taste; every corner has its own charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor made our experience even more special. The hostess, was exceptional. From the first contact, she was so kind and attentive, providing us with local recommendations that really enhanced our visit. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Quiet townhouse in a great location, very walkable. Lovely rooftop terrace. Clean kitchen. Very kind, responsive host. Nice spot as a home base if you are spending time exploring nearby areas!

Excellent accommodation, clean and modern; quiet at night yet bars and restaurants walkable. Extremely helpful tips for places to visit; Ana recommended Christoph, a helpful and knowledgeable driver from the airport to the apartment. plus a trip to a local fishing village. Buses at the end of the road into Valletta and ferry to Gozo.We loved it all. Would recommend to others. Hope to revisit in Springtime2025 maybe. Thank you Ana for everything.

Would highly recommend staying here lovely apartment, very clean very spacious. Close to all the action in Sliema, if you are planning on travelling around Malta all of the tours go from 2 min walk away. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the area also. The views are beautiful and you are close to everything but it is still really private and peaceful just to sit on balcony and look out at the boats and at the beautiful views of Valletta across the harbour . Apartment is really well equipped and there are a few shops within walking distance of you need to stock up. Thanks to Tina for being so helpful and responsive.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Just perfect 👍👍👍👍

If we could give Mariella and Fabian 10 stars we would. The apartment was fabulous - spotlessly clean and with everything you could ask for, including an incredibly thoughtful welcome pack of essentials. Mariella was an outstanding host (the best we’ve ever had - and we’ve had quite a few!). Incredibly responsive to our requests and very proactive giving us suggestions of places to go and things to do and see. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wholeheartedly recommend and we will be back!

Everything was perfect, Matthew was such a great host always answering even at night, the apartment very clean looks just like the photos, location is perfect right next the the sea , we had amazing walk day and night, you can find everything in a couple of minutes delivery available 24/7, and you also have a very close supermarket also available 24/7 , basically you can find whatever you wish for. Highly recommended

Great value for money: isn’t easy to find such a large apartment in a nice spot for this price. Everything was smooth a part from a couple of small things which are not worth sharing due to Ian responsiveness. The place location is as good as described: close (but not too much) to the noisy center, it’s easy to walk around and to bus stations.

Very friendly, flexible and responsive host who provided suggestions for places to visit. Good location with a local food shop 100 metres away. Walking to the seaside/town centre takes less than 10 min. The flat was spacious and beds were comfortable. Parking may occasionally be an issue when neighbours park in the allocated spot, but they usually left a note on the dashboard so we could call them and ask them to move their car.(parking spaces are generally very tricky to find in Malta).
