Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games. Thank you so much for a fantastic DC trip!!

Spacious Family Retreat in Tranquil Neighborhood

BriaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Historic Capitol Hill, Best Location! 3 Bed/3 Bath

MarciaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a convenient location! We were 4 adults and 2 young children. We ate most meals on Barracks Row - lots of restaurants- many child-friendly. Easy walk to the Metro with frequent trains to various DC locations. The house is, as listed, older and has lots of charm. When we encountered any minor problems, hosts were quick to respond. We would stay there again.

2800 SQF townhouse with Garage | Capitol | Wharf

MackenzieRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Fantastic location: a green little oasis within walking distance of the mall and the ward - the street has very low traffic and is lined with huge shady trees, a great place to walk your dog. Also only a few blocks from the subway, a grocery store and a few good places to eat. Super cool house: nice big rooms and lovely views from the front and back - the balcony and back patio are great places to relax between museum excursions. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we came back. Nothing has changed, unfortunately the dishwasher is still broken, even so, we'd love to come back again next year.

NoMa Modern Smrt Townhome near Capitol Hill/H St.

Lesly was a great host and the Airbnb worked really well for our spring break vacation. The grocery store was a 5 minute walk around the corner but the metro was a bit farther - 10-15 minutes. The bed was comfortable and there was pretty much everything we needed in the apartment. Also, the washer and dryer were a big plus.

Brian is a fantastic host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The townhome is in a perfect location and walkable to everything. The home is equipped with everything you need. If walking is not your thing just jump on the free trolley or Dash bus. It’s just a 5 min walk to the metro to get to Reagan or DC.

Two story DC Townhome; Easy Parking

SteveRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is a great place to stay in DC. Our kids were able to sleep well as it was very quiet at night. Very walkable area situated between 2 metro stops. We didn’t drive at all for our trip and easily got to the monuments and Smithsonian’s after a few quick stops. Please familiarize yourself and take advantage of the metro. I had friends staying in the city at the same time and they had a very different experience fighting traffic the whole time. Ariel was a great host with plenty of recommendations and she helped every step of the way if we needed anything. Thank you Ariel we will be back again!

4 BR House with BONUS standalone in-laws Suite

NikolausRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
William is a very responsive and hospitable host. The house is spacious and comfortable and there‘s everything you need. We were 4 people with a private room for everyone but if sharing rooms (and perhaps even beds) is n problem, the place could probably comfortably sleep 6-8 people. For groceries the giant’s grocery store nearby is very convenient and walkable to reach. If you‘re staying here to get to DC, the house is suitable, but it takes a bit to get to the metro (bus line 30 is reliable - there‘s one stop that only operates during certain times but it says that clearly on the sign; alternatively Ubers aren‘t to expensive (5-10 USD usually) but can take like 5-15 mins until you found one and the reach the house) and then from King St Old Town you have the yellow and blue metro line. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the metro. The area is quiet, peaceful and felt safe. I would highly recommend this place.

Newly Renovated Beautiful 3 bedroom home!

IreneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The house was lovely and relatively quiet despite being on the corner of a busy road. There was a parking space at the rear door which was appreciated. The house was spotless and we loved the quirky things like the pool table and the very high main bed (there was a very welcome set of steps). We were comfortable in the house and within a 10 minute walk of the metro station.

I had the pleasure of staying at Alma and Daniel’s family home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is special — impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Alma and Daniel were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The home is a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing and unwinding, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to create a memorable experience. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return in the future. If you’re looking for a welcoming and well-maintained space with exceptional hosts, this is it. Thank you again for making my stay so wonderful!

Elliott's place was exactly what we hoped it would be - a perfect location, historical area with beautiful, colourful houses and quiet neighbourhood. We had quick access to 3 major metro lines and many easy bus routes to all the main attractions and walking distance to the Memorials. The house had a 'home from home' feel - comfortable beds, linen and furniture, great storage, electrical equipment and everything was spotlessly clean. The host had great communication before and during our stay which made us relax and enjoy the property. This house was well worth it and we are so glad we stayed here for our week in DC as it was a highlight of our trip and family experience. Thank you Elliott!
