We loved staying at Anna's place. It was the perfect spot for our DC family adventure! The location was fantastic... loved the park across the street and the accessibility to all of the landmarks we wanted to explore. Parking was really easy and convenient. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in addition to a full kitchen worked really well for our family of three. The only thing we would have liked to see included in the listing is that the heat is not controlled by the guests. Not a dealbreaker for us... we just wouldn't have spent time looking for a thermostat. Anna was a very responsive host and we would definitely book here again.

This is our second stay and we will return in the Fall. We love the location and the neighborhood. The place is cozy and relaxing . Mark is very responsive and the place is stylish and immaculate. Its a great place!

This was a perfect trip for my family’s Washington DC trip. It is walkable to the Metro stops and even to the US Capitol and National Mall area directly. The hosts were responsive and available. We would stay here again and recommend it. Plus, it is in a lovely and safe neighborhood that we enjoyed walking through.

Had an absolute blast in DC - we went down to see the cherry blossoms! Check in wasn't a problem even though we arrived pretty late at night, and the place was so nice. I loved the kitchen and bathroom, you can tell they've done a lot to make the place feel modern/updated! We stayed two nights and it was great. They did have a book explaining the different buses and local cuisine to try too! It was overall such a wonderful stay and we'd definitely do it again.

Great area to stay in. Nice and clean and really appreciated having a washer/dryer to use. The apartment was easy to access and the perfect size for a family of 5. The only thing I would caution is the rug in the living area is a bit of a trip hazard, it doesn't have any grip under it to stop it from moving on the tile. Ask me how I know? I walked into the living room and slid. Other than that minor incident the stay was great and would recommend this as a place to stay.

Jeff and Peggy's place was very nicely done and everything was spotless. it was just like the pictures and seemed bigger than it was. very comfortable and private. we loved our stay and I would highly recommend staying there. everything was perfect.

We stayed at Mark’s place for a weekend trip. Location, location, location! It was so close to the Metro (DuPont Circle) and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. A perfect spot for our stay. The space was great, too. Clean, well appointed, all the necessities. We have a toddler and having the second bedroom and washing machine was so helpful! Note that there is only a walk-in shower (no bathtub). If you’re a light sleeper, I would also recommend bringing white noise machines. There is a resident upstairs, so you can hear occasional noise from upstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and immaculately clean. Nice office with adjustable height desk. it's definitely a place I would rent again in DC area. also easy to catch Uber/Lyft and get everywhere that I needed to get to. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking to visit DC.

Frank was friendly, responsive, and the property was bigger than I expected. It looked just like the photos, and the bathroom was renovated with plenty of fresh towles. Also, the sofa sleeper was used by my friend, and he said that it was very comfortable. Everything in the unit was labeled clearly, so no worries about where to find anything. Only minor thing lacking was sunlight as it was a basement apartment, but Frank has very good lighting in the unit, so you never feel like you are totally underground. I would stay at this location with Frank as a host again in a hot minute. Just Lovely, Rick

My fiancé and I only had time to stay in DC for a single night, but I would've loved to stay at Jennifer's listing longer! We didn't really use the kitchen as we just ordered takeout but I loved the open concept basement, I thought it was also really convenient to have a washer/dryer available. Parking was slightly tricky at first but Jennifer responded quickly and was very helpful, after that it was a breeze. Location was ridiculously easy to use public transit to get around anyway. I would absolutely stay here again and I'd recommend Jennifer's place to anyone traveling in DC. Thank you!

Anne has thought of all the little things we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Apartment was cozy, a great place to wind down after a full day of touring DC.

The apartment is a stand out and was absolutely perfect for my trip! The walkability, access to food/coffee/groceries, and the apartment itself were exceptional. I highly recommend, but especially if you’re going to a concert at The Lincoln Theater during your stay.

Robert was very responsive to my questions. The location was primo! Quiet & private. Don't miss the poetry fence at the end of the block. There's a grocery nearby, and when we went to restaurants, we'll, the food was fantastic! Gustave Boulangerie had excellent sandwiches, huge quiche, and GREAT pastries. Del Ray Cafe- mmm- French kiss. The recommendations in the guest book were very helpful. And it's very close to DC, so easy to go sight seeing. thank you Robert!

We enjoyed our visit to DC & our stay at Matt’s place. We appreciated the early check in & location. Would definitely stay here again when in DC.

Elizabeth was responsive , offered early checkin , and was super welcoming ! We only stayed one night but would definitely come back for a longer weekend. Bed was comfy and location was in a quiet neighborhood. Great place !

We had a wonderful time! Katherine was an amazing host! Whenever we needed anything, she was quick to respond. The place was very clean and pleasant! From time to time you could hear the family walking around or muffled chatting, but it wasn’t disturbing at all. The apartment was in the basement of a cute house in the most quaint neighborhood. It’s the perfect place to come home to after spending the day exploring Washington D. C. It’s not far from the city, but it has a peaceful countryside feel. I would recommend staying with Katherine and her family!

Chris was super responsive to my questions and my last-minute change request. Our unit was clean, close to everything we needed, and easy to check in/check out. We will definitely stay here again when in town next year. I highly recommend Chris as a host.

Very quiet and peaceful home. Jennifer was very helpful and extremely responsive. The home was very clean and spacious, they provide plenty of activities for your entertainment or it’s extremely easy to watch a movie and just relax. The home was exactly like the pictures, check in and out was very easy.

We enjoyed Steven's place for a business conference I was Oxon Hill. Nice master bedroom and the guest room. Large dining room, kitchen and living room. It's an Airbnb with the advantages of the locations services.

Quaint basement apartment exactly as described. I didn't want the typical modern (or not so modern) hotel, and this apartment delivered! I only wish it was a little closer to my daughter's apartment. Bonus: Noris reached out after I left to alert me to a shirt I left behind and ask how she could get it to me!

Great place and great host. Close to the silver, orange and blue lines. The place was really clean and very good deal for the area. Bonus perk was the onsite convenience store that also had really great prices. If you’re sensitive to temperature and like control, I might recommend another place since the building’s temperature controls are centrally managed. Well worth the price, and would certainly stay with Saber again!

This place was perfect for our girls trip to DC. It was a quick walk to the Metro station. Check in was a breeze and all communication from the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
