I recommend the house. It is worth the cost/benefit, at least for large groups (10 people or more). The house is very comfortable, safe, good location, and the host always ready to help with any unforeseen events. Furniture and household utensils are well-maintained and clean. For our group it was worth it.

Quiet place with market and restaurants nearby. The only point to consider is that the beach closest to the property is not the best for bathing, and it is necessary to use the car. I recommend it!

A Josiane was very attentive from the beginning, always concerned about our well-being. As stated in the description, the house is not so close to the beach, but for my family who prefer the pool this was not a negative point. I recommend and plan to return soon.

We rented the house with family to spend the week and it was undoubtedly more special. The house is very cozy has everything we need, in the kitchen there is nothing missing, very complete. The pool is wonderful and very clean. I was in love with the beach of São Miguel, very quiet with restaurants at a great price nearby and they serve everything on the beach. Town hall's bathroom in front very clean as well. I will return for sure. Josi very helpful and answered all questions promptly. I loved it too much

Our we talk about Rafael and his wife a simple and very attentive and helpful person. Check in was very quiet and at a different time, as we were late. The well clean and organized loft with bed and bath linens. Rafael always proactive and ready to answer questions and indicate places to eat. For those who need it, there is a laundry room at 300m at a very affordable price. We'll definitely be back next holidays. Rafael and family gratitude for hosting.

Excellent location. In front of the sea, in a safe, clean place, great for children and tb for exercise. Casa Boa, as in the ad, however, there are a few items missing in the kitchen, in our case, which we love to cook when we travel to the beach and enjoy the dishes of the sea!

Adilson e da Sara is a very comfortable place in Penha-SC, very close to Beto Carrero and beautiful beaches. I went with a group of eight people and the house met our needs well. Comfort, tranquility and silence, air conditioning in the rooms and a super-equipped kitchen were differentials. The house is very cozy and well equipped, it was super clean and organized. The pool is great, the children loved it. The hosts are very helpful and attentive, even had a delicious cupcake waiting for us on arrival. The street where the house is located is very quiet and has nearby markets. The only point we don't like is that while there are two showers, they can't be used at the same time, which makes it a little harder when there are too many guests.

Exceptional house. Very spacious rooms and bedrooms as well. It had clean towels although sheets did not but as we carried ours there was no inconvenience. We loved the house and the tranquility of the environment. Very grateful for receiving us so well. We'll be back.

Paraíso!!! This is the adjective to describe Alberto's house! A delightful retreat with a beautiful view and incredible vibe!! The house is simple but it has everything you need for a quiet stay…. Good beds, air-conditioned rooms, kitchen utensils, an excellent barbecue and plenty of space to fraternize with friends and family.. in short… I highly recommend it and I hope to come back many times!

First time we find an environment according to the photos and with an impeccable cleaning, home smelling, you arrive and feel at home, comfortable beds, kitchen is nothing missing, Franciane is super attentive and polite, I appreciate the affection and attention, we will definitely return! This place was great! Clean, 2 min walk to the ocean and has everything you would need.

The accommodation is much more beautiful in person. Everything works mt well I felt at home and very welcome with everything you need in a home. Without a doubt, if we return, we would like to stay again. Our accommodation was perfect, and is VERY close to the park, and on the main street there are pharmacy, markets and many restaurants for all tastes. Best hosting without a doubt!

The house is super well located, just a few meters from the beach, with nearby markets and trade. Complete with air-conditioned in all rooms and with items that we needed including beach chairs and Guarda sun. Pool very good clean house. Host always asks a lot. We intend to return whenever possible.
