We spent wonderful days in this house. Very comfortable, spacious spaces, perfect environment. Town hall impeccable cleaning, all rooms very well-equipped. Hello, the photos of the apartment are faithful and the apartment surprised us, a beautiful view, all very clean. Super equipped, washer and dryer, iron, cookware (everything)... Regarding the communication, several important information was sent here, but that I only saw now, on the trip there is so much that we did not keep going in the app to check the messages. But the Sonia that received us gave us a lot of information and made available for any questions. The location is ok, and the cost benefit found it good too. Can locate without fear, we enjoy the park, we went to BC and we know some of the beaches of Penha that surprised us positively. Do not forget that it is a condominium, with a lot of rules, that for whom, like us who is not used to it, is a lot of novelty, and ends up being afraid/afraid of being doing something wrong, given that it is a residential condominium and not all the neighbors seem to like your presence.

The inn surprised me, it already had a base for the photos, but in person it was more pleasant. Mr. Satoshi welcomed us very well, super polite and attentive from the moment of arrival until the moment of departure. The place is very quiet, the beach next to easy access, within walking distance. The cities next door were also easy to access, both Balneário Camboriú and Itapema. In short, I really enjoyed it, I plan to come back and indicate the location.
