We all travel a lot and have stayed in some amazing places throughout the world. Kevin’s place and Kevin himself were absolutely at the top of our experiences. We have never received such welcoming and accommodating hospitality as well as so many amenities provided in the home for us. The place is simply phenomenal inside - out . The salt water swimming pool is amazing. All the decorations in the home were amazing… the home itself was extraordinary. The neighbourhood as quiet as it could ever have been, there are joyful dogs and cats that will play around the property and on the beach and be your friends. There is a beautiful bar right next door (~50m) with great service and great drinks. The house has everything you need. All in all it is a dream Airbnb.

We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! :) We had a truly wonderful time at this villa! It’s without a doubt a special place, especially with that incredible view. Dave and his wife, Nueng, are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home. Dave provides all the helpful information you need before and during your stay and is very responsive. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy being hosts. The airport pick-up is a fantastic convenience, with an easy check-in and a quick tour to get you settled. The villa was spotless and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location and views are fantastic! The tranquility, birds singing, and the infinity pool with a coconut cocktail—all to yourself! There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, but we opted for takeout(from Baanlamom Thaifood restaurant) and enjoyed the villa’s view.

We had a wonderful time staying with Sarah with our 1 year old baby. The space is modern and cozy and especially the baby equipment was great. The pool invites you to relax and the path to the sea is also pleasant. Especially with baby, we were able to visit everything important (supermarket, beach, restaurants) on foot and enjoyed the tranquility both in the accommodation and on the beach. We had a really good time at this place overall and definitely recommend it. The hosts support one and can always be reached.

The Airbnb is really great. It is central but still not directly in Rummel so that you can relax and have your peace. You still have your own balcony that you can't quite see in photos, very relaxed and great view. Za was really very friendly and gave us tips for the area. In general, she did everything to make us feel comfortable. Super Airbnb 🙏🏻🥰

We had a wonderful week at Sebastien's bungalows. Perfect location out of the way but close to everything. Sebastien and his family are very welcoming and the surroundings of the place are magical. Do if you want to enjoy an idyllic setting with your feet in the water and fully enjoy koh phangan.

What a beautiful villa. Yes it is I. The middle of a construction site but was pre warned and the price reflected this. Not a single complaint from myself and family, including a 9 year old. A little difficult for local taxis to find but ok if you drop a pin. I would definitely go back! Very private.

Amazing place at the top of a hill with breathtaking views and a mesmerising infinity pool. The place itself was huge with three levels and relaxing living room area. The kitchen had all the amenities with a minibar, which is chargeable. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. Our villa manager, Mr Birth was very responsive and assisted us in arranging cabs to and from Lamai beach and the villa at every point of time. Initially we thought of renting a bike but the roads are very steep and it can be difficult to ride up during rains; hence we did not. Also, there are huge trees in front of the pool which blocks the entire infinity view. It would be good to trim those down from the top a bit if possible, as a part of maintenance. Would definitely recommend and go back when life treats me with an amazing vacation in Thailand.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

Check in process very easy. Barish was very friendly and proactive in suggestions and Support. Truly enjoyed the stay. The appartment was super clean and nice, very modern not too far from the beach. Close to a street with many restaurants, bars and shops. Felt right at home.

Great villa, matched the photos and the description, clean, lovely. We didn't really hear the construction noise mentioned and enjoyed having a buffalo as a neighbour. Our host Kun was extremely responsive, helpful and solution minded. The pool area as where we spent most of our time. We were a group of 7: 1 family with an infant and two couples. Unfortunately the master bedroom didn't have curtains on the highest windows (so the room couldn't be made dark for the baby to sleep) so we had to use a smaller bedroom for the 3 of us, other than that everything was fabulous.

We love the place and home. Peaceful and lots of space for everyone to enjoy the view and nature privately. Naiyang was so helpful for everything. Sure we will come again. Note. The house is more spacious than what was shown in the picture. Renting a car is a must for someone willing to explore the island.

Stunning Beachfront Villa on Ko Samui

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Newly Refurbished Seaview Villa In Great Location.

Edward and team were absolutely fantastic. Villa was perfect and service overall was fantastic. A few things I would say: 1. The third bedroom is situated with the other bedrooms, more private/ isolated. Great if you want to be separated from others but not so great if you have ‘young’ kids you need to keep an eye/ ear on 2. The front/ main door is pretty fiddly to lock, takes some practice. 3. Don’t forget you must also remember to allow for electricity daily/ charge. Overall, the stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this incredible villa
