The stay at Flat was wonderful, it exceeded my expectations; place cozy, clean, of course, beautifully decorated and tidy, exactly as described, Rilder and Simone super attentive, I had to come in the day before and they were super flexible. Super polite concierge and flat workers. I felt at home. Were unforgettable days, I'll definitely be back. the location of Ameiiiiii.

The unit was according to the photos, reformed and well looked after. Kitchen and basic utensils. The apartment has a good double space, large bed, air conditioning and facing the sea. The penthouse has a beautiful view of Ponta Negra Beach.

Fran was excellent with me and my husband. Since the first contact was very quick to respond to questions and was also very organized. The apartment is a grace, well located, with all the necessary infrastructure in the building. Exactly as described. We love the stay! We hope to come back more often! 🥰

We stayed 3 days and everything was great, clean and fragrant apartment. Super-smelling bedding and towels. The kitchen with utensils and everything very clean. I highly recommend it for sure!

I really liked the apartment and its location, close to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. The apt is the same as the announcement and Alexandre and his team have proven to be quite proactive with tips and etc. The condominium has a swimming pool which was very good. Right next to the beach. I recommend it.

The stay was great! The apartment was super spacious and complete, facing the sea and with several dining options nearby. We also thank you for the hospitality, they were very helpful with us.

The space is the same as the listing. Myself and my family love everything and want to come back more often. Michelly was super kind, helpful and super quick to answer our questions and information. The house has a wonderful terrace and super close to the swimming pool.

The house is very good, well ventilated, quiet. The kitchen very well equipped with large pots, and all the kitchen utensils. We arrived at night and had some difficulty turning on the lights because the switches are sometimes not in the places we expect them to be, nothing too much. The lamp of one of the cottages did not light, but this was not a problem for us. Another consideration is in relation to the playground. That was supposed to undergo maintenance, I made a “Pool Day” to celebrate my son's birthday, the children loved it, and the playground was a plus, but I was worried about his condition. A few pieces of wood was missing in the slide. In addition, everyone liked the house and we will definitely return.

If you seek peace! Sleep to the sound of sea waves! Search for rest close to the beaches of the south coast of the RN and also the Ponta Negra Beach this is the place to go! I highly recommend it to everyone!

I believe you are the best host of houses that we have ever located...a love of person and very helpful. The place is bigger than we imagined and very close to the beach really, everything very clean and good location, market nearby...Everything very practical, with towels, bed linens and left a bottle of water for us, and we arrived at dawn and there would be no place to buy, all very good!

It met my expectations. I recommend and I will come back when possible!

Having a safe place to retire to above the hustle and bustle of the city made our very first stay in Brazil very enjoyable. The rental has all the accommodations needed for a very pleasant stay, including a washing machine and coffee machine. The rental is in pristine condition, and who can forget the view of the busy city and beautiful sea. Above all, the hosts were very intentional on communicating with us so that we would have everything we needed. Brazil will always have a warm place in my heart and we hope to come back to this place again someday.

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.
