It is certainly worth the stay in this place, safe, close to everything, it is easy to find everything in the local trade in the surroundings that can be done on foot, close to the bald hill, fair of the waterfront, as far as the aptº accommodates 4 people perfectly, the view of the beach is sensational, everything working. A pool area, barbecue area and available gym, parking space in the building's garage. For sure on our next trip to Natal the stay is certain at this listing!

a great apartment very well located! close to everything! has the mall midway, supermarket, the delicatessen mercatto, with breakfast, lunch, dinner. the apartment is comfortable, the area is quiet. and the layana is very kind, friendly and helpful. i loved it and highly recommend it. will always be my corner in Natal!

Pablo's home is as described. Great location in Ponta Negra, close to bars restaurants and even the beach. Strong and hot bath. Good bed and bath linens. The only detail was the absence of the TV from the room that appeared in the photos but that did not disturb my stay in any way. I recommend the stay to a couple peacefully

It was an amazing stay... it met all our needs... great location... in the center of everything... all the environments well organized and with perfect furniture. in addition to communication with the hosts... they made us super comfortable and feeling at home. we will definitely come back more often.

The lobby area features large glass windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Comfortable seating is arranged, complemented by decorative plants. A console table with flowers adds a touch of warmth, while tiled flooring extends throughout the area.

I stayed in the apartment for 5 days and accommodated us very well! There was me, my wife and my 10-month-old baby. Everything we needed has in the apartment (air conditioning, fan, tv, kitchen appliances). The condominium is very clean and organized, the pool is excellent and always clean, the apartment is very comfortable and the location we find it good, close to everything. I recommend!

Beatriz was a great host! The accommodation is well located, clean and comfortable, with a great leisure area. Also, there's a market nearby, which makes it a lot easier. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for relaxing. We were five adults and one child, we were very well accommodated. Super recommended!

Kelps was very attentive during our stay, I liked it so much that I ended up extending our stay in Natal for another day. The location of the flat is outstanding! Near the beach, where there are nearby restaurants, super market, pharmacy, everything by walk! The flat had all the items described, but it was not necessary to use all of them. For those who are interested in going more than one couple, the flat has the room, where the bathroom is and access to the large balcony and another space where there is a small kitchen, sofa bed and single bed, both rooms separated by door, if necessary. We stayed a day longer than planned! The chek-in was punctual, quickly! The room was clean and tidy! Communication with the host was excellent in answering all the questions and showing initiative to solve potential problems. In relation to the hotel, the staff have been polite and helpful, the pool is excellent in a beautiful environment! I recommend it and will be back another time!

The accommodation was very good. Although the location seems strange to those who don't know Natal, the place is very quiet and safe. It has a garage, but on several nights we left the car on the street and never had any problems. It's very close to the beach (just down a staircase of about 100 steps and it's on the sand), but it's far from the black-tipped center. For those looking for tranquility and staying close to the beach is an excellent option. We always had support from Ana and Maria when we needed it and really the place was like in the pictures. It is glued to the hill of the bald which is also very good.

My stay was great! The check-in at the house was extremely easy and the space was pristinely clean and without any mess. The furniture was in perfect condition and the bedding was quite smelling. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean, which made all the difference. Communication with Cleusa was excellent. She demonstrated a lot of proactivity and kindness, always ready to offer local recommendations and respond quickly to my questions. Always willing to clean the pool for my two children. 02-year-old Zaion was sending audio for her to go clean the pool (Laughter) and was promptly serviced. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Mto good apartment, very cozy and well maintained, furniture and humtensils in exceptional condition, very good location, the photos correctly describe how the space is, our stay was really good mto. Jefferson always willing to help us and sent us some Christmas tips. We felt at home during the period we were in the apt.
