Everything is in line with the expectations related to the reading of the presentation, 2 small weaknesses out of season with 4/1, no shops nearby so car necessary, and if everything is ok the room is very small(about 6 m²) and no bedside and no place to leave the suitcases. but the view is 5 stars! it is not a criticism but just an accuracy because I did not regret my stay. The garage is inaccessible for sedans that are too narrow with a concrete pillar that limits maneuvering.

I immediately felt good in this spacious, bright and comfortable studio located at the end of the port, quiet, with a magnificent view. Very nice pool. Shops, restaurants, cliffs, beaches..., everything is within walking distance. Special mention to Laurent, a welcoming and attentive host.

Beautiful modern studio with a pleasant unoverlooked view of the sea. In line with photos. The sofa bed is extremely cosy. The space is functional. We had a great time with the sunrise. The place is peaceful . Thanks again to Edouard who was responsive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment. You can go there without a second thought.

A spacious and bright apartment with an incredible terrace. We had a pleasant stay with our two teenagers. They had their quiet little corners, but we could also meet around the big tables inside or outside to eat or on the big sofa in front of the TV. Very convenient because it's near the train station. Ideal to explore the local area. We also took the opportunity to visit Barcelona! Recommended.

Very nice apartment within walking distance to the middle of Béziers, and a nice strip of shops and restaurants near the old arena. Very compfortable bed, living room, and dining room. Kitchen was very nice, with dishwasher, microwave, and even a relatively new induction stove top. Virginie was an excellent hostess. She met us in front of the apartment, communicating with us on just when we expected to arrive, and even saved a parking space for us. And on checkout, she was immensely flexible for us. (Traveling with a 4 year old can be tricky!) Very pleasant interactions with us, all around.

Great stay at Amandine's apartment. It is very well located in a very family-friendly area. The free access to the pools is a real advantage. This complex is clean and well kept, it is possible to rent sunbeds for €1. There are also many activities offered by the city Place de la Martinique right next door. When it comes to the apartment, it's small but functional. The sofa mattress is new which ensures a good night's stay! The view from the terrace of the pond is nice and mosquito-free. Thanks to Amandine for her hospitality and advice on outings.

Very nice, clean, quiet studio, centrally located in a pedestrian zone. Small supermarket, ice cream shop, snack bar, pharmacy, etc. in the immediate vicinity. The air conditioning works great and I find the sofa bed very comfortable and it has a real mattress. In the kitchen area, everything you need is there. Jerome is very pleasant and friendly, the directions were also very simple and clear. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s place. She was very helpful and the property was in a perfect location. Neo the loveable and friendly border collie was a massive hit with our children. The baskets in the kitchen are helpful to carry all your items down to the pool/outside seating as the apartment doesn’t have a balcony to sit on. The pool is stunning and big enough to share with others and not feel overcrowded. The highlight for me was the location, a few minutes walk to shops/bakery/restaurants, and the art market was wonderful! Serignan is a welcoming and very friendly village with something going on every day/evening! Thank you for hosting us Sophie.
