This is an excellent and comfortable apartment in a quiet and leafy area of Perpignan. The flat is spacious enough for 2-3 people for a long stay (I went with my husband) and the balcony provides an wonderful outdoor space where to relax after a long day at work. All the amenities are as you see them in the description and the pictures. The public swimming pool across the road is a gem.

Well located, extremely clean, and well stocked! (The bathroom is gorgeous.) The sofa-bed is comfortable and the inclusion of coffee and a coffee machine was appreciated!

Good renovated apartment with great location. Just near the beach. A lot of different restaurants around the location. Parking just 2 minutes away. A bit noisy in the mornings, but for sure great place to stay!

Space is welcoming, clean and comfortable. Everything you need to spend several nights. Water, coffee, tea, and even pastures, all to feel at home. Francoise very friendly. Private parking in the home.

Very clean and functional accommodation. Very nice air conditioning. Very good contact with Ruth and very good hospitality from Virginia. Access to the city center 15-20 min walk but you have to cross the St Jacques district not very safe in the evening (mother/daughter stay for us), plan to pick up the car. We managed to park on the street or the surrounding ones every day.

When we moved from Canada to southern France, we knew that we wanted to live somewhere close to the Mediterranean beaches and between Montpellier and Narbonne. We had travelled the area on a previous trip. We needed a secure and accessible place in which to live while we searched for a car to purchase as well as a house. We found Nicole’s studio apartment for rent on Airbnb and hoped that it would satisfy our needs. It did. The apartment is very secure, clean, bright and airy. The location offers quick and easy access to highly popular tourist destinations: Béziers, Pezenas, Montpellier, Valras-Plage, Carcassonne, and Narbonne—all within an hour’s drive. Nicole is a kind, generous and considerate landlord who has gone out of her way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and wanting for nothing. We purchased a house in a nearby town and are thankful for the use of Nicole’s studio apartment as we transitioned from Canada to our new home in Magalas.

We (2 adults, 3 children aged 4, 10 and 12) are vacationing in France several times a year and have never had such a great place to stay. If you ever have the opportunity to book this place, do it! Very clean accommodation, so nice bedding, and the hot tub is perfect, there are cupcakes, coffee tea everything you need, we had a great stay, thank you for everything.

Olivier is very welcoming, discreet but also very responsive to our questions. small touches like the petals on the bed and in the bathroom as well as the coffee and tea provided. The bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast (optional) is very well served and hearty.
