The place is much better than what you see in the photos, the attention of Don Carlos and Doña Nidia is very good. The house is fully equipped with everything you need: It's definitely a place we'd go back to without thinking about it.

It was beautiful, comfortable house, spotless, clean, very nice, the place is safe and quiet, good air conditioning, it had everything you need to be comfortable. We loved the pools, super central, everything is close.

This stay was beyond incredible! 😍The hosts were so kind and thoughtful, and the house is a perfect blend of eco living and luxurious comfort all in one🙌🏼 Every single detail was carefully thought out, making the space not only beautiful but also so cozy and inviting. I love that it’s completely stocked with anything and everything you might need. It makes it feel like you truly are at home. And that jungle view is absolutely breathtaking! 😍We slept like babies every night, surrounded by the sounds of nature, and truly didn’t want to leave, so much so that we actually extended our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape, this is it. Highly recommend!🙏🏼🔝🌟💗

Landon and Forest were great very helpful with every step that was needed. House is beautiful. We saw monkeys having a great time in the back yard. We also saw so many different birds. The area is in a small town we’re everyone is so nice and kind. Landon book our excursions, they were so amazing. (Whale tour we saw so many and zip lining great experience) Small restaurants in the area with great food. Uvita waterfall is like 3 mins away.. Great space where you can have your own private space. Definitely book this air bnb it’s worth it.

The house was gorgeous, Kattia was always giving us great recommendations and her friend gave us a great run down on the rules and the area. The gate workers are always super nice and will always answer any questions you have. All in all it was a great stay, I would definitely recommend staying in Lapa Living for as long as you can :)

Very nice accommodation, its price one of the best compared to others in the same building, is a great plus that I have laundry for only Q.1,900.00 colones, as well as a dryer with the lavafacil app, a wonder, helped us a lot. The place is very nice. 100% recommended.

Lovely place and an amazing staff. Laura made sure to respond to anything I needed. The place is very clean and looks just like the photos. Walking distance from the beach also have a nice little bar out front with friendly bartenders. I will recommend this place for a single traveler or a couple. Will be back soon!

A safe, comfortable, cozy place with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was worth choosing and the host was impeccable. We would gladly stay again again in another opportunity, in addition to the accesses to the pool, sea extraordinary. We enjoy it as a family despite being short of our stay due to cycling competition. Super recommended.

We were extremely surprised at how nice this place was not just the condo but the whole resort was gorgeous!! Only down side was the extremely firm beds. Could use a lite pillow top on them but honestly wasn’t a big issue. If only the sun had shown itself a bit more had a great time.

Lorenzo was so communicative and gave very clear directions! His recommendations for a fishing guide and local restaurants were amazing and did not disappoint! Not mentioned in the listing, he has a housekeeping service that will come clean and tidy your room daily. What a treat! I would recommend to fill and start the jacuzzi as soon as you arrive as it takes quite a bit to get warm. In the mornings it is to peaceful and you can clearly hear all of the sounds of the jungle with no road noise. We had squirrel and white faced monkeys who visited us on the balcony. They were very cute but I would not leave any clothes out to dry when they are around. The clothes ended up in the yard but were unharmed! lol definitely 5 stars

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Randal was a great host and the condo is in a great area. The community was experiencing low water pressure, but Randal was responsive and did what he could to try and improve it for us.

I had the best stay at Jhonathan’s condo at Villa Princess Jacó. It is just as beautiful as the pictures and the property is incredibly serene, peaceful and calm. The condo itself is absolutely wonderful. The bedroom is absolutely stunning - the lighting with the hardwood is like no other! Very comfortable and quiet. I had a million questions and Jhonathan and his team were incredibly communicative and helpful. I had a couple challenges on my end and they were amazing and so helpful. I would stay again in a heart beat. I truly enjoyed that it was on the edge of the town, just what I was looking for. Thank you Jhonathan, Erick and team!!

A beautiful place, in several occasions I have stayed in this codomain, but never in this tower. I really liked that it has a pool only for the tower, apart from the psychinas where the entire condominium has access, where there are almost no people. The oceanfront location makes it perfect for sitting, enjoying the view, and relaxing.
