What a perfect and beautyful place! The house is very nice, and there are a lot of places to sit and just chill and enjoy the birds and the pool! The rooms have very good beds and airco's! The kitchen is complete with al kind of kitchentools. We loved the bbq, and everything we needed was there! Nearby are a lot of nice restaurants, 20 minutes to Tarcoles and the highway to San José and Puntarenas is very close. Carlos the home owner is such a nice person and super helpfull. Nidia is the housekeeper and back-up if you need her help with anything.. She is someone you want to keep for yourself!

Alexander is a very friendly host. The villa was very large with its own pool and great views. I would stay with him again anytime. 🥰

An excellent place to rest, have a good time with family and enjoy all the comforts offered, definitely 10/10, it looks the same as the photos and everything is extremely clean.

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.

Darlys place is a an excellent place to stay in Uvita. Walking distance to the beach, secure and with every facility in the house you could imagine. The helpful tips posted around the house make it easy to get settled and we felt really comfortable staying there.

I had an amazing stay , located right on the beachfront. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach—it’s perfect for anyone looking to relax by the water. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, is the perfect choice.

Our family always enjoying staying at these lovely condos! It’s the perfect location in a quiet, well kept building. There are amazing restaurants and parks within walking distance. The host is always attentive and helpful as well as the building staff. Highly recommend.

For the few days I stayed at Fernando's place it was a great base from which to explore San Jose and the surrounding area. The building is lovely and modern (rooftop hottub), in a peaceful neighborhood full of cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and Fernando provided easy and clear instructions which meant I had the info I needed to have a great stay easy check-in/out. I'd definitely stay here again when in San Jose :)

This is a great Airbnb and option for short visit to the city. The bed is for real one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, don't understand it. I slept so well. The building is nice, 5th tallest in San Jose, community rooms are nice, free parking, and in a neighborhood near some nice food/etc. Evelin and the hosts are also super responsive big fan of them. Things to know, the building is in between two trains lines that go absolutely nuts with their horn. It's pretty bad but with ear plugs or early rising it is fine. Over all great spot!

The staff is incredible, extremely clean, safe place, and they are (the owners) extremely thorough , hair dryer, soap, safe box, fridge. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Guido gave us detailed instructions for check-in and was really helpful with a last min request. View of the studio is nice and the building staff are great. Good location too!

Small, but functional. Everything you need for a night or two in a good neighborhood in San Jose. The bed could be a little bit more comfortable, but again, it gets the job done. The bathroom is basic but clean. Shower could use a complete door instead of a half door. The building is great, has lots of amenities, and is usually our to-go place when we are in San Jose.

The unit is clean, spacious and has been updated beautifully. Comfortable beds, nice linens and three different patios to relax on. The views are to die for and we met so many great people at the pool! The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay again and wish we would have been able to stay even longer!

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

The villa was absolutely beautiful, just as pictured! The host was an excellent communicator, responding quickly to all our questions. The place was spotless. The location was perfect, with a beach just a 5-minute walk away and great restaurants within walking distance. Having access to the laundry room was a great convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and picturesque place to stay.
