Everything was as expected. Easy check in and check out process. Dan and his team responded quickly to messages. The place was clean and very spacious.

Condo exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had all the amenities listed in the description. Condo was immaculate upon arrival and Rita and Jorge responded to any/all of our questions within a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed bike riding, sightseeing, and sunbathing! We look forward to vacationing again at this condo!

Thank you for the space. I do wish there was more comfortable sitting furniture while we were watching football. The whole space is great, kitchen was very basic with cookware and dishes but worked for us. I like that it is a corner unit and very easy to get to. Thanks again! Back home to the snow.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

This house is conveniently located in a great area. It is a very short drive to the beach and all of the best spots in Bonita, while still tucked out of the way in a cozy neighborhood. Derek was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations during my stay. The safety and security, combined with a great atmosphere made this a wonderful trip and I will book here again in the future for sure. This was a very memorable and much needed trip and I cannot wait to come back!

The home was beautiful! We loved the pool and access to fishing! We caught several catfish from the dock. We loved Brian got to interact with him some! We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay! The townhouse had everything that we needed and was in a nice quiet location. We were able to walk to Olde Marco shops, Snooks Inn, and we rode bikes that we rented everywhere else. The place was very clean as was the entire island. Our family of 4 (2- teenagers) liked being able to fish from the dock, lay in the sun, utilize the pool area, and watch the boats and dolphins go through the canal. Jonathan was very responsive when we had an issue with the spa heat and was able to help us out. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location for our stay in Cape Coral. Jason's place was clean and we had plenty of space for our family of 4. Communication was easy and Jason was responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This place is amazing, perfect location in Downtown Fort Myers. The townhouse is super modern and has great amenities. Easily one of the nicest Air BNBs we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean and amazing beds! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loree was also very communicative the entire visit.

Casey was very easy to communicate with you. The golf cart was a real plus as my family was on other side of complex and I didn’t have a car. I loved the paseo community, would go again.
