Beach condo vacation rentals in Napili Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sameer’s place. The location is fantastic; literally a walk across the street to the beach, the patio has views of sunset, and close to great spots in laid-back Kihei. Check-in and check-out were easy, the place was clean and tastefully decorated, the A/C worked great, the kitchen was well-equipped and the in-suite laundry was handy to have as well. There are a couple of folding beach chairs available for use, as well as a folding cart to make trips to the beach easy if you need. We would absolutely recommend this location to others, and we would definitely plan to stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you so much for having us, it made for a perfect location for our trip!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay! The beautiful view was absolutely breathtaking, and the area had a welcoming, neighborly feel, especially by the beach and around the pool. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing or as an excellent jumping-off point for exploring nearby destinations. Hosts provided helpful instructions ahead of travel.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, very close to the beach and the grassy area was perfect for sun bathing and morning yoga! The beach was very quiet most of the time, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Tara was also an amazing host, she addressed all our concerns and went above and beyond to make our experience here amazing! We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Andrew was a fantastic host! He makes us feel welcome. There was a welcome red wine waiting for us when we arrived. We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated and just few steps to the beach. We especially enjoyed watching spectacular sunsets at the balcony. Andrew was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The ocean view is fantastic! Bring your own binoculars for whale watching toward the island of Lanai. There are binoculars in the condo, but the vision isn't great. Also, there is a great beach to hang out just to the right side of the condo building. Loved my stay in Hawaii!!

Trudy & Mason were the kindest hosts we have encountered in our many years of staying at airbnbs. They went above & beyond in accommodating our needs during our 9-night stay at their condo. The space was a sanctuary for us. We loved cooking in their well-equipped & supremely organized kitchen. We started & ended each day with sitting on the lanai & watching the sun rise & set. Watch for the long-boat races starting at dawn. Magnificent!

We had such a great time. There were boogie boards, snorkeling gear for our 9 year old, beach toys for our toddler and all the pool noodles. The beach chairs provided were great you could wear them on your back and they were light. The walk to the beach is across a lawn, which had amazing sunsets. The condo is ground floor so our kids played with other kids right outside the door and we could see them while cooking in the kitchen. There is a putting green right outside the door and we putted a bit- so fun! The space is great and it was a bit dusty and looked like dishes were put away after dishwasher without being actually totally clean. I let Christie know and she appreciated the information. She was very responsive. We would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 3 of us and the configuration worked out beautifully. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was great for us. We were able to walk, take the trolley or Uber everywhere we went. The beach here is beautiful. The view was amazing and we would def stay here again.

Dana and Sebastian’s place was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every amenity you could need for a relaxing vacation. The location is so convenient—there are an abundance of necessities just a short walk away - grocery stores, corner stores, restaurants, dessert spots, cafes, trinket dealers, really just anything you could hope for. Definitely check out South Maui Gardens right next door and the ocean/beach directly across the street!!! The home was incredibly clean and well-organized, with everything clearly labeled, making it easy to find whatever we needed. We especially enjoyed using the grill to cook steaks poolside—such a treat! This place truly has everything you could ask for, and we can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Convenient and incredible location for those looking to explore Kihei and the rest of the island of Maui !

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

Have stayed on Sugar Beach in the past but not at this property so very familiar with this Kihei area. Condo was 100% as advertised. Photos looked great but we felt the place exceeded our expectations. Upgraded, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and the beach. Andrew was a great hosted and communicated from booking to checkout. Andrew’s place is the top of our list for future Kihei stays.

We had a wonderful week! The condo had everything we needed and the views are unmatched. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and watch the sunset every day. Kris was super helpful when we had an unexpected pest issue and came over right away to resolve it. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Our family of four had a wonderful time! Steve's place was absolutely wonderful!! All the amenities were great - it is a really beautifully furnished condo. But what you can't beat is the location. It sits steps away from the beach. We were able to just walk down and enjoy the beach and take beautiful walks. The beach is somewhat secluded so we never had to deal with crowds - it was wonderful. And the ability to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise every morning was truly amazing. Cannot rave more about the condo and its awesome location. Steve was amazingly responsive and so easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating with all our needs. It truly was an amazing week. We will not hesitate to recommend Steve's condo to our friends! We really hope to be back in Maui and would definitely stay here again!!

My aunt and I absolutely loved our time here in Kihei at Aaron’s place. Unobstructed oceanside views and direct beach access - amazing. Everything was immaculate, just like the pictures, and *very* well appointed, the hosts thought of everything. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We were welcomed by a note, some yummy cookies, and a bottle of water, such a nice touch when you’re fresh off a flight. Great communication and recommendations; we had one small issue that was addressed quickly. Even the pool was lovely and the jacuzzi was piping hot- perfect for the slightly cool January evenings. All around recommend.

My family and I had a fabulous time! The location was excellent. We never left the beach behind the condo. It was quiet and my children (2 and 8 years old) had a blast there. The condo was very well setup for our family and Jude was very helpful. We'll be back!

We had two families sharing this space and it worked perfect. The lanai was stunning and where we spent most of our time when not on the beach.

“A Perfect Early Christmas Getaway” We just returned from an incredible early Christmas celebration at the Maui El Dorado in Kā’anapali with Martin as our host! The condo was so spacious and comfortable for our family of five! First, the location is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Kā’anapali, it’s just a short walk to stunning beaches, world-class dining, and shopping at Whalers Village. The private cabana at the beach was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing in comfort while soaking in the breathtaking ocean views. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and an inviting, laid-back atmosphere. Our unit was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the full kitchen, which allowed us to enjoy leisurely breakfasts on our lanai overlooking the golf course and the gorgeous Maui sunsets. Thank you Martin for making this such an amazing trip!

The apartment was great! Fabulous view from the balcony. Having the beach just outside was great and the snorkeling there is some of the best on the island. I wasn’t sure how the studio setup with the bed would work but actually it was great. The bedroom had plenty of space for our luggage and waking up to the sound of waves was amazing. We would definitely stay again and would recommend Shane’s place for sure.
