Beach condo vacation rentals in Napili Bay

This condo was a wonderful place to stay! The beautiful view was absolutely breathtaking, and the area had a welcoming, neighborly feel, especially by the beach and around the pool. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing or as an excellent jumping-off point for exploring nearby destinations. Hosts provided helpful instructions ahead of travel.

Great stay at Tara's. Very relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Lots of whale activity viewable from the patio, sea turtles in the shallows off the small beach and even a visit from a sleepy Monk Seal while we were there. Easy walk to marina area for shops, restaurants, and snorkeling and whale watching excursions. Nice not to have to try and find a parking spot at the marina. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

I can’t even begin… I reached out to Andrew late at night because our flight changed and we’ve been searching for an Airbnb for hours - being a last minute request several reservations we made were saying the cleaning isn’t complete in their place and refunded. Andrew called me back within 3 minutes and not only was his place ready, spotless and as great as pictured in the photos, he also stayed up with us until we got situated and could finally get our tired toddler a bed. He had clear instructions, just what’s needed and nothing more, and timely reminders with a helpful visual for checkout that made it simple, fast and effortless in the morning. Super clean, comfortable and a gorgeous view. 5 star place with a 10 star host.

We had a great time watching whales from the lanai and adventuring the island!! Can't find a better view anywhere on the island!

Gorgeous beach condo just steps off of Sugar Beach. The space itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly well-equipped (they have thought of everything) and absolutely spotless. Mason and Trudy are wonderful hosts whose communication was prompt and friendly. They generously allowed us to check in earlier in the day. The bed was super comfortable and all of the linens lovely. We really appreciated the welcome treats too. All in all they have set the bar extremely high for the Airbnb community.

We stayed 10 nights and had a wonderful experience. The drive from the airport was simple and straightforward and a primo designated parking space. Condo was exactly as pictured with ocean views and beautiful sunsets from the balconies. Kihei is an excellent location with a great variety of restaurants, plenty of activities like snorkeling, whale watching, paddle-boards, etc. Access to the rest if Maui was simple, for example we did a sunset and star gazing atop Haleakala and did a Road to Hana tour. We had a major storm while there and Claudia gave us relevant advance notice of actions to take. There was some water leakage from a window which, compared to the mud on roads and parking lots, was minimal. Claudia assured us they would be repaired asap. If we return to Maui, this is definitely where we would stay.

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

The condo is beautiful with amazing sunset views. Very near to most of west Maui attractions. Its clean and everything in place as described in the listing.

Dana and Sebastian’s place was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every amenity you could need for a relaxing vacation. The location is so convenient—there are an abundance of necessities just a short walk away - grocery stores, corner stores, restaurants, dessert spots, cafes, trinket dealers, really just anything you could hope for. Definitely check out South Maui Gardens right next door and the ocean/beach directly across the street!!! The home was incredibly clean and well-organized, with everything clearly labeled, making it easy to find whatever we needed. We especially enjoyed using the grill to cook steaks poolside—such a treat! This place truly has everything you could ask for, and we can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Patrese and Katie were so helpful and communicative throughout our entire stay. Beach amenities were extremely helpful for our Kihei beach day!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, and they provided helpful tips about the area and home. We found the community to be warm and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Colin and Myra's condo. We had everything we needed for our stay on the island. Added bonus were the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers and other various beach accessories which made our beach days that much more enjoyable. Colin and Myra were extremely responsive when I had a couple questions prior to arrival and even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good.

We had a great stay as a family of 6! We originally had a reservation at a different resort, but that one canceled on us a few days before our trip, which left us in a panic. But this condo was suggested as a replacement option, and it ended up being for the best! It was a better view, better price and it had everything we needed. It was clean, good location, the beds were comfortable, and I loved that the master bedroom had its own view and balcony (not deep enough to sit out on, but I went out there often to take in the views and sounds of the ocean waves). There were plenty of linens, but also a washer and dryer, which we very much appreciated for a week stay. There were also some beach essentials that we didn’t originally know they had, but were so grateful they did! It made beach days so much easier! Beach chairs, a cooler, a cooler bag, a boogie board, and a beach umbrella. Beach access was very easy, right behind the unit. Overall, we had a great stay on such a beautiful island!

We absolutely loved our stay. Leslie is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is on a dead end street so there is not a lot of traffic. We walked the beach every day and it is a long way to the end—I think it’s about 5 miles one way. The beach was not crowded, not even on the weekend. We enjoyed not having to walk through a bunch of people to enjoy the beach. We saw the turtles swimming and eating below the lanai. We also saw whales from the lanai. We brought our own binoculars and were rallying glad we did!

My family and I had a fabulous time! The location was excellent. We never left the beach behind the condo. It was quiet and my children (2 and 8 years old) had a blast there. The condo was very well setup for our family and Jude was very helpful. We'll be back!

We had two families sharing this space and it worked perfect. The lanai was stunning and where we spent most of our time when not on the beach.

The apartment was great! Fabulous view from the balcony. Having the beach just outside was great and the snorkeling there is some of the best on the island. I wasn’t sure how the studio setup with the bed would work but actually it was great. The bedroom had plenty of space for our luggage and waking up to the sound of waves was amazing. We would definitely stay again and would recommend Shane’s place for sure.
