Beach condo vacation rentals in Napili Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sameer’s place. The location is fantastic; literally a walk across the street to the beach, the patio has views of sunset, and close to great spots in laid-back Kihei. Check-in and check-out were easy, the place was clean and tastefully decorated, the A/C worked great, the kitchen was well-equipped and the in-suite laundry was handy to have as well. There are a couple of folding beach chairs available for use, as well as a folding cart to make trips to the beach easy if you need. We would absolutely recommend this location to others, and we would definitely plan to stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you so much for having us, it made for a perfect location for our trip!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely magical! The oceanfront patio was the highlight of the trip, offering breathtaking views of the sea that we enjoyed every morning and every evening at sunset. The sound of the waves provided a calming backdrop throughout our stay, making it a truly relaxing experience. The property itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a serene, picture-perfect oceanfront escape, this is the place to be. We had an AMAZING stay at Heidi’s condo in Maui! The home is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with stunning views and a very comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights was the private spot where we could relax, watch turtles, and snorkel—such a special experience. What really stood out was how responsive Heidi was throughout our stay. She was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed, making our time there even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, unforgettable getaway! Tara was super responsive to questions and solved the internet issue right away when brought up. The view from the apartment is stunning, better than the photos.

The view from the lanai is amazing. We watched the sunset every night. There’s a pool with a couple of BBQs that we were able to use and the condo is walking distance to the beach. The beds were also super comfy and we loved the massage chair. The only issue we had was that the air conditioners are a bit noisy and if we left the windows open to cool the place down at night instead we were awoken by roosters every morning at 3:30 am. They did provide some ear plugs to use, so if you’re good with that we definitely recommend this place.

What a great spot! It was so nice to be right on the ocean and sleep with the sounds of the waves. It had everything we needed for our short stay, including beach equipment.

We could go on and on about this property! The Condo was restful, beautiful, wonderfully equipped, offered stunning views with an optimal location, and ample amenities. We had a wonderful stay! The host was able to accommodate all our requests. Our toddler had a blast running around the property playing mini golf, swimming in the pool and building sandcastles. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 3 of us and the configuration worked out beautifully. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was great for us. We were able to walk, take the trolley or Uber everywhere we went. The beach here is beautiful. The view was amazing and we would def stay here again.

Dana and Sebastian’s place was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every amenity you could need for a relaxing vacation. The location is so convenient—there are an abundance of necessities just a short walk away - grocery stores, corner stores, restaurants, dessert spots, cafes, trinket dealers, really just anything you could hope for. Definitely check out South Maui Gardens right next door and the ocean/beach directly across the street!!! The home was incredibly clean and well-organized, with everything clearly labeled, making it easy to find whatever we needed. We especially enjoyed using the grill to cook steaks poolside—such a treat! This place truly has everything you could ask for, and we can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

We originally booked another Vacasa spot and it became unavailable during our week. Vacasa found us another spot and it was perfect. Private, quiet condo area. Lots of rules for noise so be aware. Our kids were fine but they’re younger. Right across from Kam 3 beach and within walking distance of some restaurants and stores. But on the quieter side of Kihei. Condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5.

Pool bag and cooler to travel mugs for your walks on the beach or for your road trips. Foam roller and light weights to work out the travel kinks and blenders and shakers to mix up your special blends. Comfortable bed, pillows, linens, oversized towels, hair products in the shower and a few other bathroom essentials and full sized blow dryer. Great decor, sectional couch, Bluetooth speaker with great wifi and TV. Great patio furniture for direct view to the sunset every night. Very well maintained, safe and friendly complex with long time owners and return vacationers. Central location for adventures and the longest beach walks. (6 miles) Enjoy a relaxing vacation or find many happy hour options and live music locations at night in the Kihei area. Andrew & Leigh , sincerely 🙏

Doris was a phenomenal host. We were on a friend’s trip and many of us stayed in different places. This place was very spacious for us. Doris had everything you might shower gel, plenty of towels and sunscreen, boogie boards, umbrellas and a cooler for beach time. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. It was very tidy and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you want a quick bite the Foodtrucks of Maui down the street offer a quick variety of choices or you can walk to the Kihei Cafe. I had some questions to ask and Doris responded almost immediately. Many of our friends stayed in a location that had beach front access but this space had way more space and did not feel cramped. Thank you and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice clean condo on the water! Filtered water in fridge and close to plenty of eateries and snorkeling! Kris was always responsive. Would stay again!

We've stayed at many places on Maui and this is definitely one of our favorites! We have a lot of family spread out on Maui and Kihei is the perfect area to stay for us as its central to anywhere we need to go. There are restaurants and grocery stores just south of Aaron's place as well as a farmers market just north to get anything you might need for a quick snack or to make dinner. We got coffee at a new place every morning and walked the beach every morning and night as its a quick stroll through the back grass to get there. House was perfect for 5 of us a couple in each bedroom and our son on the fold out couch at night. House had everything we needed and having the beach chairs and cooler helped us out big time while checking out some new beaches. Will stay at Aaron's place again for sure!

Perfect condo while visiting Maui! Right on Kaanapali beach with great amenities. Walking distance to all the great shops including Whaler's Village. Great areas to eat. Condo does not have their own bar and restaurant but just a short walk down the walkway there is The Westin restaurant and bar which has great food and drinks. The BBQ and pool area was really nice. And the staff was all so friendly. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Loved our stay! Beautiful condo!! Comfortable beds and air conditioning! Few minute walk down to the beach and we enjoyed the pool as well! He has thought of everything! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Todd!

My family and I had a fabulous time! The location was excellent. We never left the beach behind the condo. It was quiet and my children (2 and 8 years old) had a blast there. The condo was very well setup for our family and Jude was very helpful. We'll be back!

We had two families sharing this space and it worked perfect. The lanai was stunning and where we spent most of our time when not on the beach.

This Maui home was perfect for six adults. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us the ability to have our own space, and the open floor plan allowed us all to relax around the table or the television. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioners worked very well. The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance from Charley Young beach (great snorkeling) and Kamaole beaches. There were also plenty of restaurants and shopping along South Kihei - lots of them within walkable distance. The home was neat and clean with a fully stocked kitchen and newer appliances. We appreciated our host's timely responses to the few questions we had during our stay. Having beach chairs, towels and a cooler made our excursions that much easier and more comfortable. We loved our stay here. We are a family of five and comfortably stayed in this condo. The condo itself was clean, and updated. The resort itself was just as lovely. If I could give more than five stars, I would. We will absolutely be back again.
