Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nanyuki

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, felt like home? It was clean and very serene. Wizzy was very friendly and welcomed us well. Great place to do horse riding and if you’ve never been on a horseback then perfect place to get some great lessons. There was no internet, which was perfect as gave us as a family to catch up and bond which was awesome.

The house is extremely well laid out with great views of Mt. Kenya. The outdoor dining and chill out area are beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. The house is extremely clean, with all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. Jane and Patrick were extremely warm and welcoming! Deep is a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. He even sent a new BBQ to the house before we arrived!! If you're looking for a great place to stay in Nanyuki, away from town and very close to Ol Pejeta conservancy, this is THE place to stay! An amazing stay, 100% will visit again.

The Landing is an exquisite haven of tranquility and privacy. The photos simply cannot capture its true beauty. From the cottage, you’re treated to stunning views of Mt. Kenya, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The place was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. I enjoyed a truly wonderful weekend and will definetly return. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating, addressing all our needs seamlessly. The staff was also exceptionally helpful, ensuring that every request was met. A beautiful place for sure and worth the experience.

Dorcas was an amazing host very responsive and friendly. She made us feel at home. Her staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were also very good with our kids who had a wonderful time feeding the animals there. The place is serene, quiet, spacious house and very clean. Nice outdoor space to sit during the day and at night they put a fire for us. I would recommend the place to anyone. Thank you Dorcas for the memorable stay.

The place is as lovely and beautiful as shown in the pictures. We had a group with young kids and everyone had a blast and enjoyed staying at Lucy’s place. The house is well equipped with the basics and more than basics. Richard and Wanja were really resourceful and readily available to tend to our additional requests and needs. The hospitality from the team was truly exceptional. Highly recommend the place for a large group and families.

My family and I were looking for a place to stay for 2 nights as we visit the sights and surroundings of Nanyuki town. And I have to say we were very pleased with the Kabru's place especially at the price point of USD 50 for 4 for a night. The place was spacious, clean and thoughtfully laid out. From clean spaces, clean towels, clean bathrooms, to a hot shower, big TV, sound bar, internet connectivity, and close to Cedar Mall, which turned out base of operations. The view of my Kenya from the penthouse was definitely a plus. All in all, it was a great budget friendly and pleasant experience and hopefully Kabru will have an outdoor set up before our next visit.

We had an amazing stay at Kananu’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, Liz and Simiyu were so warm and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home. The cabin itself was spotless and beautifully rustic, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel special. We particularly loved the kitchen – cooking with the high-quality cast iron pots was great, and it had everything we needed for our meals. The serene setting was the perfect escape, surrounded by nature and so peaceful. Mornings filled with birdsong and evenings spent soaking in the quiet were exactly what we needed to unwind. The balance of privacy and comfort was ideal, and the cleaning service was such a great bonus, making the stay feel effortless. This place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature while still enjoying the comforts of a thoughtfully designed and well-maintained cabin. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!"

Everything about our stay was amazing! Mwenda welcomed us warmly and lit a fire, ensuring we were comfortable and settled for the night. The fire was so delightful, and we enjoyed it immensely! The hut was incredibly warm and cozy, allowing us to sleep peacefully through the night. The night sky was surreal—an experience we’ll never forget! In the morning, we loved basking on the lawn. I only wish we had an extra day to catch the sunrise, but I guess that just means we’ll have to come back soon! 😂 The space is so beautiful and serene, with such innovative architecture. Highly recommend this stunning retreat! 🌟

Great place to stay. All natural environment and filled with beautiful views and great cast of animals 💯

We booked Elizabeth's place to disconnect from Nairobi and we ended up extending one more night because we were so comfortable and relaxed. Elizabeth was really communicative from the beginning sending us all the instructions and recommendations of what to do. Since we didn't have a car and we arrived with a public matatu late at night, she made sure we arrived well, and we were very thankful for Mwenda and Faith for waiting for us and arranging travel so late at night. The place is beautiful and quiet, the views of Mt. Kenya are excellent, everything was really clean, with lots of amenities and we felt totally at home. We spent our days cooking, reading and stargazing at night next to the fire. There are definitely things to do around (safari at Ol Pejeta, the Ndare Ndare Forest, and many more) but for us, staying put was the best. Overall, I definitely recommend Elizabeth's place for your activities in Nanyuki, or just as an escape spot.

Mitchelle's cottage is very clean and in a serene environment. In the morning, if you want to view Mount Kenya, you can catch the view just 1km away.
