Best stay in Alaska! The kids kayaks were the perfect added touch. We loved our time in the cabin and look forward to coming back!

We had a beautiful stay in Alaska. The cabin was perfect for our needs. The location had a pond and a family of swan visitors every morning. The location was close the activities we wanted to enjoy. The cabin was decorated lovely, the bed was comfy and it had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend. Thank you!

This cabin was perfect! It has a sun soaked deck that was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail’s. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Very cozy and comfortable cabin. There were 4 kayaks and a canoe for playing in the water. The dock had ladder which made it easy to get in/out of kayak. Both Cozette and Randy were very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication!

This is a wonderful private retreat where you can enjoy nature, and peace and quiet. The host responded quickly to every question that we had. Highly recommend!

Quiet place. Good location between Denali and Chugach. Easy daily trip distance to either of the parks. Beautiful nature!!

Beautiful, well maintained cabin in a serene location, everything as advertised, and the beds/mattresses are in great shape and very comfortable. The home was a bit of a drive to our work location in Palmer each day, yet worth it given the beauty of the setting and the quality of the home.

A hidden gem! We had a lovely stay. It was a perfect winter get away. The cabin was clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The environment was quiet and peaceful. We were thankful for the pull through driveway since we had our snow machines on a trailer. Kelly was a lovely host.

Just beautiful. A true European feel right at your fingertips. Spotless, gorgeous views, and so cozy for a romantic getaway. Exactly what we were looking for. Wish we could have stayed another night!

It was a great location, easy to find. It was perfect for us, we went to have Thanksgiving with family. We did have a couple problems with the lock, Lindsay response was very quick and helpful. We will book again

My husband stayed at Jim’s property for three nights and there are not enough great things I can say about it. The cabin is beautiful and we felt right at home. Jim greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the cabin and the property. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice to hang out in. We had a lovely evening hanging out with Jim and Teresa one night too. Fishing from the dock was fun too and there are a bunch of ways to get on the water if you would like too. The place was clean and clearly very loved. Overall this is a beautiful property and our time here was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Elise was a great host and the cabin we stayed in was clean and cozy. She had a book with great recommendations in it - the restaurant we chose from her list was delicious! We also loved that we got to spend time with her fluffy companions Willa and Mulder :) thank you again for being a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at DownHome! The space was exactly as pictured in the listing-clean, chic, cozy and welcoming. It was absolutely beautiful and we appreciated the personal touches left by Michelle. The wood burning hot tub took a long time to heat (about 5-6 hours the first night) once we got it warm it was delightful to soak in the rest of the weekend and enjoy the starry sky, northern lights, and the peaceful surroundings. The projector was so fun and we appreciated the included Netflix! Thank you Michelle and family for a wonderful stay!!

We’re so lucky to have gotten to stay at this beautiful cabin! We made a last minute booking and Elise and Ben were very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was super clean and very well made. We barely touched the heater. The bed was really comfy and the sheets were so soft. I wish we could have stayed a couple extra days to hike about the property. We loved being greeted by the 2 goodest pups in the morning (although if dogs aren’t your thing, Elise made sure to reach out ahead of time to ask in case she needed to leash them). Will definitely be booking again next time we are visiting!

We loved our stay at this house. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean. We spent hours outside enjoying the fenced yard, kayaking on the lake, and sitting around the fire. We will definitely be back!

Great spot!! Right on the lake with great views of sleeping lady and Denali. Cabin was super cozy with cute touches. I was worried about sound with the cabins being close together but I honestly didn’t really even notice any sounds from other guests. The hot tub was amazing, especially with the colder temps this week! I didn’t take advantage of the sauna or renting the snow machines but saw the guests from the other cabin taking them out and it looked like a blast! My dogs enjoyed all the great smells on the property and loved running on the frozen lake. Would love to come again!

This stay has been one of my favorites through Airbnb. Jon’s location and cabin was just very beautiful and just what I was looking for. Would highly recommend if you want a romantic getaway in a beautiful corner of Alaska.

Me and my family of 5 and our dog had the pleasure of staying here for a few weeks. It was just enough space and everyone still had their privacy in different areas of the cabin. I loved having everything we needed and even the family game nights with their boardgames and cards that were provided. We even enjoyed s'mores around the firepit outside. The beds and linens were hands down the most comfortable I've slept on in years! My family all loved calling this beautiful cabin home the few weeks we stayed there and we would definitely stay here again!

Responsive host & everything matched the ad. Simple rules & check-out was straightforward. Would stay here again, good proximity to civilization but still plenty out there enough to see the stars.

Super cute, well maintained and lovely cabin! It was a perfect stay with my family of 5 to get away to! The beds were super comfortable, cabin was super clean and everything was just perfect!

Nice little cabin off the beaten path :) quiet, clean, and comfy!

This is our second stay with this host/hostess and I am blown away both times. There are so many details already thought of before I have to ask. There was plenty of everything. Snacks were prepared and ready for us. The hostess left us a note and our dog a treat and toy. The property is phenomenal. I had to work remotely and a desk is set up so the view is of the lake. My soul needed this space. If you need a relaxing and absolutely perfect property stay here. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The place was great. The kitchen was amazing. It was great to have laundry on site. The Bathroom has a very nicely updated. The only issues we found while there—which was not the cabin’s fault— we both have bad backs, was the bed was not very comfortable – was the bed and the couch were not comfortable for us. If you’re old or have a bad back, maybe this isn’t the best for you. Otherwise this place was amazing!

Nicki’s place was just what we needed. A quiet place away from town.
