Great location, great people, everything was what we expected

We absolutely loved our stay. The location and view were incredible. The house was very clean and well equipped. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I would book again.

A breathtaking view and serene atmosphere. The experience is kind of like glamping, as in we did most things outdoors, with the comfort of the amenities available within the tiny home. The road into the property is a tad tricky to figure out, despite the host’s detailed directions. Maps app gets confused, so study up on the exact location before you get there. My humble car made it up the drive, but I’d be reluctant to do it in wet weather. The road is very well maintained, it’s just the layout of the land that can be challenging for a city/sedan driver (and a couple of women who usually leave the off-road stuff to the blokes🤣). It was a great adventure and provided us with some great belly laughs. All worth it for the location - it’s very special up there. I’d return for sure. Take lots of firewood and steaks👍🏻👍🏻. We loved the location of the house, very beautiful views. The house is big, even a bit old. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and are happy to come again. Thank you Jodie for being o helpful host.

Having the views to the ocean and the peaceful beauty of the trees swaying in the breeze with a backdrop of birds chirping and waves gently crashing against the shore was great. Our family really enjoyed our time at Nambucca Heads and the surroundings. Hope to stay again one day.

Denise and Brett’s place is the perfect most peaceful getaway, the sauna and pool add such a nice touch to enjoy the surroundings while heating up or cooling down! Our dog loved staying here. The cows are also very friendly and loved a pat. Definitely would love to revisit this gorgeous getaway

What a great find Julie’s retreat was. The property is beautiful and the amenities were so well looked after. The highlight was the lovely magnesium pool, infrared sauna and yoga deck. Julie and Cliff were so communicative and helpful too!

Had a lovely two night stay at Yarralen retreat. The grounds are very pretty and the surrounding area is beautiful yet not too far from the highway. Julie was a very helpful and welcoming host. Thank you!

Enjoyed our weekend away in Valla Beach, hosts were amazing and easy to keep in contact with, nice and private, close to beach. Kids love the salt water pool after long days of sports..

We enjoyed our stay at Doris’ place. The house was well equipped with everything you need. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. The pool was great. The house is in a good spot, a couple of minutes drive from everything you need. It felt like a quiet and peaceful part of town. If we head back to Nambucca Heads, we’d definitely stay again.

Afe provided easy to follow instructions and was there to meet us. We had a one night stay and found the place as described and as per other reviews. We would stay again if in the area.

Cheryl from the beginning was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Opening her house up to allow us to bring our dogs with us just made our holiday. Her home was clean, warm and inviting as soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The perfect spot with the river, cafe and clubs all in walking distance. I would recommend Cheryl’s property to anyone that will listen as we will be definitely coming back.

Great place - large enclosed yard is great for the puppy dogs. Lovely quiet street with lots of birdsong.

Perfect stay for my husband & I plus our spaniel. Right across from the dog beach & Pawfect pet friendly stay that’s also a delight to stay in. We will definitely stay again!

Brianna was a brilliant host, very proactive with her info and speedy on her responses. The home was perfect for our needs for a family weekender with dogs in tow. The house had some tasteful updates and kept much of its original flare. This is the perfect setup if you’ve got teenagers (multiple living zones) and if you intend to eat a lot at home. We’ll be looking to book again. Everything is walking distance so very accessible.

This is truly a little hidden gem. The home feels like a home from the get go. A wonderful blend of old and new. Extremely comfortable, great location and spacious. Ruth was very responsive and lovely. I look forward to visiting again very soon!
