Lovely accommodation just off the main road where there are plenty eateries and walking distance to the mua caves, surrounding mountains and attractions. Friendly family, always very helpful and smiling. Breakfast included was an added bonus which is on a top floor with lovely views across the landscape. can also get an evening meal which was lovely and very reasonable too. thank you Long and family for a great stay.

I wish I could have stayed longer! It’s the perfect location and I loved that they had bicycles available for guest use. It’s a short bike ride to the Trang An River and Mua Cave. There’s more to explore but I didn’t have the time. Their restaurant is delicious and I overheard multiple people also mention it was the best they had in Vietnam. I would agree! Hope to return and stay longer next time!

there are a few places with similar names around, but anyway we manage to arrive without any problem. Host received us promptly and checked us in. Place is really nice, bungalow is nice and clean. There are restaurants and really good things to do around. It is a very nice place to visit attractions around town. we really enjoyed this place and host were very nice and helpful. we fully recommend this place.

The bungalow exceeded all my expectations, it was like stepping into my own private Zen Garden; situated on a pond and surrounded by lush foliage and limestone mountains. It was the best of both worlds - nature at its best and amenities such as wi-fi and a private bathroom. They also have a restaurant that served great food, and I was fortunate enough to participate in a family bday dinner party. It's also a great place to connect with the other guests that are staying in the compound. I also took advantage of the motorbike tour they offered (thanks Phol!) which was a more personal and convenient way to get to know Ninh Binh. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a little respite from the cacophony and chaos of Vietnam's bigger cities.

A nice slice of peace and tranquillity in what is becoming a busier and busier area. The hosts were accommodating, cheap scooter rental and will cook awesome meals at your request. You can see the area is becoming more developed and it might not remain peaceful for long, but we had an awesome time.

The six of us had a lovely stay! Our hosts were so kind and great communication the whole time. Very responsive and gave helpful recommendations. We got a free pickup at the train station and we were treated with tea and fruits freshly picked from the farm! Such a loved peaceful spot, perfect for a little getaway from the city. We paid for some bikes and road around to some local spots. They had chickens and the cutest puppies! Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful Homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh! The room we had was spacious and clean. The wifi was faster than what we thought it would be for Ninh Binh. When we did a speed test we got around 50mbps for the download and about 15mbps for upload. It’s within easy walking distance to minimarts, even a little pharmacy at the end of the street, and other restaurants. We also had food and drinks at the Homestay which are delicious. Portion sizes are pretty good too. It was easy to get around using the motorbikes we hired from the Homestay. The family here are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and generous. They really did make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Trang An is such a beautiful part of Ninh Binh and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend Kong’s Homestay!
