I really enjoyed my stay! Patty was incredibly helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which made everything so convenient. Nalongo and Ronald, the caretakers, were also very kind and attentive — we felt right at home. The place was spacious, exactly as shown in the photos, and very clean. The internet was reliable, and the location is great — close to the main road. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Serenity homes was excellent. A beautiful place, spacious, comfortable and bright, very well located. An ideal place to relax and even to work on the desk in the apartment. A wonderful experience that I hope to repeat soon.

The host was such a responsive person to any queries or mix ups. the place is as in the pictures, quiet place and accessible to all necessities that I needed.

Place was clean, easy to find and modern

I felt to take a moment to leave a review because my stay was truly wonderful from the very beginning to the very end. The host was extremely accommodating, making herself available for check-in even at 1 AM, which I greatly appreciated, and I found the apartment to be very easy to locate. I absolutely loved the space and was happy to discover that everything I needed, from hair cut, drinks and to shops, was just a short and walk away. Without a doubt, I will definitely be returning to stay here again in the near future.

Marian is a great host and pays attention to detail. Very clean apartment with all amenities needed. She is available for any questions and is quick to respond to issues raised.

Annette was really responsive and great at communicating. She understood any concerns we had and made sure to work with us to find a resolution so that we were happy and comfortable. The apartment was clean and the staff Moses was very helpful the whole time. The compound was spacious and our kids enjoyed playing there. We have been traveling to Uganda for 17years but started staying in ABB recently- Pauline’s place was the cleanest and most beautiful to date. We will stay again. Mutara is by far the best host have ever had. She was super helpful with whatever I needed and professional. She was kind enough to give me lots of recommendations of different places I wanted to go to in the area. The place is even better in person than the pictures, me and my family enjoyed the stay. I felt really safe there and it was so peaceful waking up to the lake view and the sounds of palm trees as the wind was blowing them. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Mutara for one of the best stays have had. I will for sure be back in heartbeat. I highly recommend this place.

My fourth time staying here and it’s just the place to be. The host is very kind, responsive and always available to support her guests. She responds to issues promptly. The security is very good with a high wall fence, guard dogs and a security guard. The flowers surrounding the house make your stay relaxing. I always come beck here because of the good service and value for money.

I will recommend this place to anyone any day it’s heaven on earth I really felt at home, the hospitality was 100% amazing, Carol was a great help to us all the way and the askari was amazing from the day we stepped in most importantly the place looks exactly like in the pictures finding the place on GPS is very easy no complications. Honestly I love Praslin homes I could write a whole book about it lol. Thank you for hosting us🥰😘
