Thank you for being a great host and sharing your amazing place with us. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and this location was perfect for us. Leroy was great. He lead us to the place, which is a bit “Hidden”, and helped us get checked in and oriented. We were blown away by the views and loved the open spaces and private beach. We hope to come back again!

This villa is even more beautiful in person than it appears in the pictures. Casita Villa was a little slice of heaven on Virgin Gorda. The host (Tina) greeted me and made sure that I had clear instructions and guidance on how everything works. She took me to the villa and made sure I was settled in. The surrounding garden was absolutely gorgeous and made the area seem peaceful and private.The housekeeping staff was respectful, attentive and kept the villa clean. Waking up to the view of the ocean from the bed was amazing and having a private pool was definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family and I hope to be able to visit again soon.

I had an incredible stay at SeaScape Villas in Tortola. Perched on a hill, the flat offers breathtaking sea views that you’ll never tire of. The place itself was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and designed to maximize comfort and relaxation. Meade was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, flexible, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. His warm hospitality truly made this experience even more special. Meade also helped us rent a car, organized everything for our airport pickup, and even managed the drive back to the airport, making our travels completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a serene escape with unparalleled views and a host who goes above and beyond, this is the perfect place to stay.

This was a beautiful villa in which to enjoy our first trip to St John. Great location - about 15 minutes or so to Cruz Bay restaurants. There were four of staying in villa (parents of two adult children). The two bedrooms with king beds were spacious and well appointed. Nice living area with a pull out sofa. I didn’t realize that the 2 king bedrooms were on a different level of the house with a separate entrance. My adult son stayed on the pull out sofa, while my adult daughter stayed in one of the king bedrooms. There weren’t any window coverings in the living room so my son felt like he was in a fishbowl (although area in incredibly private) and he woke with the rising sun each day. Despite this, it was still a wonderful stay. Beautiful pool and upper and lower decks. Well appointed kitchen. Nice to have beach chairs, coolers, paper products provided. Host met us upon our arrival in St John and led us to villa and did a very helpful explanation/walk through.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Leverick Marina, stores, and restaurants, it offers breathtaking views and a lovely swimming pool. The villa is well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was my second visit, and I’m already looking forward to returning again. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

If I could rate the stay a 10 I would!! Absolutely breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL!!! This has been the most amazing experience.. the host was super sweet and the locals LOVE the owner!! We were treated like family from the host to the island locals.. thank you so much and God bless you!!!

A beautiful cleaned and awesome property in paradise

Kim was a stellar host. We have stayed a many Air BNB's and Kim was right at the top of the list of hosts we have had. She was very responsive and had great recommendations about local beaches and restaurants. The house was in beautiful shape and the view and quick access to local restaurants and beaches was great. We had an awesome stay at St. John with Kim.

Stunning views, and a great layout for families and friends. Very friendly, responsive and helpful host/owner and gracious, helpful, wonderful local contact/caretaker. We plan to come back!

Sugarbird Villa is absolutely breathtaking! The photos just can't do it justice, the view from the back porch is stunning, and the smell of jasmine fills the air each morning. Such a treat. *It can be tricky to get cabs to know where you are other than referencing a popular neighbor, once you find a cabby who knows where it is, take their # down

The main and guest houses were perfect for our group of 11, including 5 children. Wonderful patio (partially covered) and a great pool we all enjoyed. The most breathtaking views over Great Cruz Bay. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Our family had a lovely stay at House Acesco. We had never been to the Carribean, and I did minimal research before booking the Airbnb (all I knew was that St. John was the "best island for nature" in the U.S.V.I.). Kandee was so helpful in explaining which airport we'd need to fly into, which ferry to take, where to get a rental car, etc. We also really appreciated that she guided us up the last part of the ride to the house the night we arrived. It's a bit of a journey to get to the house but getting to experience the serenity and peace of being on the hills/mountains of Coral Bay was worth it! It's away from the toursity areas and you'll feel like you're truly experiencing the island. The house was clean and with ample ammenities. We made use of the abundant beach gear and snorkeling gear! The telescope was bonus. The Carribean used to feel so out of reach for me but after our visit, I feel like this part of the world is open to me now. Thank you Kandee!

We lucked out finding this wonderful lodging, just outside of Cruz Bay! The place is fully equipped with everything you might need, super comfortable beds, and the unit was spotless, with everything in sparkling new condition. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, which was a huge plus! The host was quick to respond, whether about check in/check out, local recommendations, or when a small issue came up. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this stay for any family or group of friends looking for a place close to Cruz Bay - an easy 5 minute drive. We had a magical stay at Blu Tortu! The views alone are worth booking this house. We had plenty of room to spread out as there are multiple locations to read and relax. The kitchen is set up nicely if you want to cook, and there is even an outdoor grill. The house was exactly as described, and we had everything we needed. The homeowner was a terrific host - very responsive and helpful. And the houseman arranged for our rental car, met us at the airport, and checked on us often. Don’t hesitate to book this house - you will be glad you did!

My wife and I visited St John for a long weekend away for our ‘baby moon’. Joy’s place was exactly as described; private, clean, convenient, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon after returning from the amazing beaches before getting ready to go out for supper. It’s hard for me to imagine a more beautiful view on the island. We almost feel like our view of the sunset from the pool was more breathtaking than at the Windmill Bar. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice available in ice trays and ice maker. The beds were comfy and there were a couple fans to keep the air moving around with help of the AC unit. It would be difficult to cook a full meal here but there is a grill, burner, and cooking items there if you wanted to give it a shot. When we visit again this will be our first choice to stay at again pending how many folks are in our party.

Our family (three adult couples) rented Todd's place over Thanksgiving weekend for 5 nights. It's a beautiful house with great views and a pool. The kitchen was completely stocked with any pan or dish or glass you could ever need. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied with towels, etc. All rooms had their own mini-split so temperature control is individual, which is great! The stocked liquor bar was a surprise, you're simply asked to replace what you consume with your own favorites! Todd is quick to respond, as are his property managers. The parking area was sufficient for 2 jeeps, any more would be very tight. Driveway is steep but manageable. Coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels all provided. It was December and the pool was still a comfortable temp. You won't be disappointed by anything if you rent this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful visit. Close to Cruz Bay but still have an excellent view and quiet at night. Host or their representative was quick with replies and went above to answer any questions.

We really enjoyed our time at Allison’s place. We loved the ability to walk to town, the overlook into the bay from the balcony, the pool for cooling off in the hot evenings, and the ability to hear live music from the beach bar in the evenings while on the balcony. It fit our family of 4 perfectly and could have comfortably accommodated our other son who was unable to come on the trip as well. We definitely recommend staying at Allison’s place!

The Blue Palm Villa was absolutely perfect for my 60th Birthday celebration with my family. John the host was very kind and compassionate after the loss of my mother and provided an oasis for us to relax and rejuvenate. The Villa itself has the perfect layout for a group of six with each of us having our own personal space. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in! The kitchen also was the most stocked kitchen that I ever used. We stayed in and cooked a few meals so that was very helpful. Keleigh the property manager was extremely helpful and a valuable asset in our stay with helping us secure groceries before we arrived. I highly recommend staying here and soaking up the amazing views of this beautiful property! I can’t wait to come back!

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!

Our stay was more than enjoyable especially with how responsive, welcoming, and helpful our host was! This villa had the most beautiful views and comfortably fit everyone as well. It was so spacious and had all of the household basics we needed to cook and clean. We will definitely come back and be staying here again, it was the best experience we could have asked for!
