It's a very beautiful house. I had a very pleasant stay experiencing life in a traditional Japanese house in winter in February. It was quite cold, but I had no problem with it because they prepared a lot of heaters. They prepared kerosene for us when we went to see the illuminations at night and talked, I felt the owner's care everywhere. There is a kotatsu in the storehouse, where you can sit and relax! I loved the house with lots of windows and lots of sunlight. Easy access to nearby Orehime Shrine, Ashikaga Elementary School, and Flower Park. I'd love to visit again in a different season. It was very well equipped and a very pleasant stay.

Very responsive & helpful host. Free parking available. Great to have a washing machine and a dryer. The house is very cold but there is air conditioning and gas heaters throughout. It was definitely worth the price we paid.

The room was also beautiful, and even for four groups, we had a very comfortable time in each bedroom. There is also space for children to play, toys, and a large trampoline, which was very good for children to enjoy.

This time, due to heavy snowfall, the train was canceled, and all of my planned transportation options were no longer available.I had to cancel, but Yuhei kept in touch with us and suggested some solutions.And in the end, he drove me to the ski resort a few kilometers away! Beautiful house with all the amenities you could ask for in one of Japan’s most beautiful cities. Definitely worth a visit.

It's about a 20-minute drive from Karuizawa, and you can relax in a quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle.We would like to stay again next time we come to Karuizawa. The space was very spacious and stylish.It was cold and the breaker tripped several times because the heating was turned up too high, but it seems that it was set to recover immediately, so it was not a problem at all. The wifi was fast and I was able to work!
