This home can accommodate 4 guests and it is in a great area to begin your adventure. It is located on the westside within a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided. Upon arrival you will enter entry foyer leading to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and one accent chair for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, free Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs/coffee, cookware, glassware and dinnerware and coffee maker everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit with a washer and dryer and we do supply basic laundering supplies. Each of the two queen sized bedrooms are furnished with two night stands with two lamps, a dresser with large closets. The two bedrooms are located up six stairs and share a common full bathroom. Our bathrooms are fully supplied with fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion with hair dryers for the convenience of our guests. A private patio with beautiful back backyard where you can enjoy the bluebirds or view the night lights of the town from the dining room. There is off street parking and this unit is family friendly with child gate, play-n-pack and a highchair. Must climb stairs to enter this duplex home. Your family will be enjoying the privacy of staying at in an entire house with private parking and a huge backyard. The house has two rooms. One has a California king size bed that could accommodate to sleep 3 people. or maybe 3 adults and a chid. The second bedroom has a queen bed that accommodates 2 adults. or 2 kids.We also offer a folding bed to accommodate another person. we have a medium size kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, a living room, and a little futbol table to entertain all.

Our private 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchenette studio is two blocks from the hospital and in one of the quietest neighborhoods in the city. It is only a short drive from the park, pool and plenty of food options. Come stay in a *very* clean, modern and private apartment. Queen bed, couch, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave and even a stove-top cooking option. WiFi of course, but no Cable. Cozy & comfortable! Extra sleeping mats available if needed for children.

This house is a wonderful place to stay with my family. I have stayed here two times now when visiting family in Yakima. I hosted a small family gathering and there was plenty of room and we had a wonderful Easter dinner and an egg hunt outside. It was very windy in April so we weren't able to enjoy the deck as much this time.

Easily one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The listing is at the end of a cul-de-sac, tucked between two other homes, giving it some killer, cozy vibes. My family and I felt like we had just arrived home. The listing provides an overwhelmingly peaceful feeling you only get while at home. The location is immaculate. I am "somewhat" of a germaphobe with an extremely sensitive sense of smell. I hate when linens or towels have a bad or off smell. However, that was not even remotely needed with this listing. Everything was spotless and smelt great. Even the TV remotes were clean, which is usually something that most people overlook. Lastly, the host's attention to detail is second to none. She provided some basic ingredients for cooking/baking in case something was forgotten and even provided a lot of information for local dining or shopping. I easily give this my highest recommendation and will absolutely stay at this listing again.

Susie and Mike are such kind and generous people! I really appreciated their accommodation of my two chihuahuas and making sure I had everything I needed to work remotely and just great communicators. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful with a great place to walk behind the property. It gets windy and chilly at night but having the hot tub ready really made it such a relaxing place. They even have an air fryer! I would recommend bringing aluminum foil, plastic bags or Tupperware if you want to grill. It was a nice getaway and my dogs were in farm heaven there!

"Pearl Place" - An Enchanting & Vintage Stay

As soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable and right at home. Everything is super high quality - from the furniture, to the linens, kitchen utensils, towels, mattress - everything! The pillows and sheets were so comfortable I ordered them for my bed before I left! And there are thoughtful touches everywhere. My trip was fast and unexpected and I was 3,000 miles from home. It was a relief after a long and stressful day when I realized I forgot my toothbrush and didn’t have to turn around and run to the store because there are spares for guests! And that’s just one example of 100 well thought out conveniences available to guests. Tracy was always super fast to respond and so kind and accommodating. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but a very short walk/drive to restaurants grocery stores, galleries, etc. - all of downtown is right there. I could go on and on about how wonderful both the property and Tracy are if there wasn’t a character limit. No question, I’ll be staying here again!

The home was beautiful and clean. It was super comfortable, we felt right at home. The views were also amazing! Perfect place to stargaze at night. We loved the privacy but also that it was a quick drive into town. Casey was very responsive and accommodating! Would love to come back in the summer.

Great home. Our family of five stayed in town for a baseball tournament and the house gave us all the space we needed! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. and there are lots of spices and other pantry staples for cooking! The house is less than five minutes from Rotary Park and walking distance to downtown. Perfect place to stay for a family that needs space to spread out!
