Great condo, the apartment is fresh. There are all utensils for cooking, a good gym. The pool is very large , 1 circle sailed in 10 minutes. In general, I liked everything, Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay here! The condo was nice, clean and spacious for our family of 3. Our 16 month old loved it. Close to the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. There was a night market less than a 5 minute walk as well. Would recommend.

Wonderful place. On a quiet soi with a variety of seafood restaurants within sight on the balcony. Had a scooter and parking was easy. You’ll be able to watch the local fishermen go in and out of sea from just right of the balcony. In mornings you can watch the restaurants do their prep with the catch of the day. Fridge was stocked with water which I appreciated. I enjoyed the inside space from the internet, AC, Thai bed and great curtains to keep out the light and heat when needed. To me this is what Thailand should be but close enough to the city so you can enjoy that when you want as well. When I am able to visit again I’ll stay a few months at this location.

Quite impresiive! Nice new house. It has 2 distinct floors with bedroom on each floor and kitchen and living room right at the ground floor. Parking available for 1 car, easy to park and felt safe. I recommend it and woukd be coming back.. the host is very helpful, responsive and prompt. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would certainly revisit.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

We stayed at this property for the second time and were not disappointed. The house matches the pictures and the description. Host was very gracious and always available. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The villa was cleaned daily. A car is recommended as it is a bit remote. Otherwise very quiet. We will definitely be back.

Very good listing for family or friends vacay; nice pool with a slide and layout is different than usual villa. 3 bedrooms are spacious. Eddie was very responsive if we needed anything. Would like to stay again ✨✨

The place and communication was very good. The apartment looked like the pictures and was very clean. The pool on the 31st floor is very noteworthy, with a special view over Pattaya.

Chalermchai was the perfect host. He is truly genuine and helpful. If you are unfamiliar with the Jomtien area and need your needs met, please reach out to him to assist you. The squeak wheel gets the grease. His apartment is perfect. The on beach view every morning is relaxing and peaceful. Once again if there is needs you prefer ask. Do not wait. Make sure if you are using Bolt Taxi service to pin your address, make sure it is on the correct location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Neung his a great host and friendly He made us to feel at home , and he treated us greatly. I really recommend his place Definitely 💯 will stay his place in our next trip back to Pattaya again.

nice basic room , in very good building and location absolutely marvelous right on the beach and nice pool area. living here was easy without any problems and Eddie answer fast any questions. deffinetely can recommend Marko

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
