Great place. It felt a lot like I was staying at a resort. The amenities at condo (pool, gym, etc) are amazing. The location is excellent. This unit was very clean and well equipped and the host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Jom is a nice host who always responds promptly! The place is in an ideal location right by the beach and quiet. Parking is easy there! Don’t miss the nearby seafood restaurant, I think it is the best in Thailand. The only thing is the gym is not quite fully equipped but my wife has no complaint as she only use the treadmill which is working fine.

Wonderful place. On a quiet soi with a variety of seafood restaurants within sight on the balcony. Had a scooter and parking was easy. You’ll be able to watch the local fishermen go in and out of sea from just right of the balcony. In mornings you can watch the restaurants do their prep with the catch of the day. Fridge was stocked with water which I appreciated. I enjoyed the inside space from the internet, AC, Thai bed and great curtains to keep out the light and heat when needed. To me this is what Thailand should be but close enough to the city so you can enjoy that when you want as well. When I am able to visit again I’ll stay a few months at this location.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

The host provided kind guidance and quick responses, which were impressive. The neighborhood was quiet, and all the nearby facilities made our stay very convenient. Although the building is older, it is well-maintained and clean. The pool was also well-kept, and we enjoyed using it.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

The location of the house is very good, there is a night market and 2 711 convenience stores and pharmacies and restaurants of various flavors within 5 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes to the beach, we did not leave this area at all for 6 days, very way.The house is not on the street, so it is not noisy at night, it is quiet in the crowd.The host's English is good and communication is accessible.We were greeted by the host's father, Mr. Taizhong, who spoke well in Chinese by the old man.We arrived around 11am, very smoothly found the house and checked in early, Mr. Li has already opened the cooler for us in advance, very considerate.4 rooms are all equipped with private bathrooms and showers, there is also a common bathroom on the first floor, dining room, kitchen and pool table.The hygiene situation is very good, not worse than the expensive resort hotel I stayed in before, and fairly well stocked with drinking water and bath towels.No cleaning service is no problem for me, used to cleaning by myself, but please consider it for friends who need to serve like a hotel.All in all, it was a perfect vacation and after a few months waiting for the little ones for the summer holidays, we will be back.

We stayed at this property for the second time and were not disappointed. The house matches the pictures and the description. Host was very gracious and always available. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The villa was cleaned daily. A car is recommended as it is a bit remote. Otherwise very quiet. We will definitely be back.

the place was clean with a good location, Krystian replies right away which was great but it would have been nice to have a washer dryer in the unit and the bed was a bit rough but overall good stay and would stay again

This condo is WONDERFUL!! You feel like you are at home your whole stay. Everything was SUPER clean. I love how the cleaner the made towels look a ducks when you First walked in lol. Ellen was SUPER responsive faster then AMAZON .LOL my question is , Why can't every airbnb host be like her? With that being said I gave give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars . keep going for great!!

The view is what makes everything. We were right at home. No worries. If you read reviews about the elvators to the room closing quickly all you need to do is hold the button a little more while getting in or out of the elevator. And the new elevators to get to reception on floor 5 are beautiful, work great plus beautiful view of ocean. Great pool, security and staff. Eddie is Super Host and did I mention direct ocean facing view with beautiful sunsets and great privacy. Hope to get to stay again.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
