The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I had such a restful sleep. The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any messages. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and definitely worth it! I’d love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great unit in a highly rated complex. close to anything you might need, shopping, restaurants and nightlifeb are all in walking distance. the unit look like was described and showed in the pictures..Jonathan was a great host, very friendly and amicable and very responsive when asked questions. after multiple trips to Thailand I can say he is one of the best hosts I've stayed with and would definitely come back if the unit is available on my travel dates.

Wonderful place. On a quiet soi with a variety of seafood restaurants within sight on the balcony. Had a scooter and parking was easy. You’ll be able to watch the local fishermen go in and out of sea from just right of the balcony. In mornings you can watch the restaurants do their prep with the catch of the day. Fridge was stocked with water which I appreciated. I enjoyed the inside space from the internet, AC, Thai bed and great curtains to keep out the light and heat when needed. To me this is what Thailand should be but close enough to the city so you can enjoy that when you want as well. When I am able to visit again I’ll stay a few months at this location.

Lived with her husband in Hans Peter's apartment. The apartment is very convenient, everything is new. Great location of the apartment. Peter is hospitable, kind, positive. We recommend it.

This is the first time I have stayed in one of Jason’s apartments but I hope not the last. The flat was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and came with a great view. The on-site pool and pool-side restaurant were an unexpected bonus, as were the local shops. It is situated less than a few minutes walk to the beach and nearby shops. Overall, this apartment provided excellent value for money in Jomtien.

The location was conveniently located in downtown Pattaya. It was a downtown area, but the room was quiet and I had a rest. The host responded quickly to everything. We had a good stay. Thank you very much.

The host Khun Pirasa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We arrived quite late but they waited us and helped us with check-in process. The property has pool access, was clean, fully furnished, and well-maintained. Wifi connection is stable too. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the bus station, grocery stores, and a 7-Eleven, with taxis and public transportation easily available right outside. The price was truly worth it, and we would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the condo view of the park on the hill and one night saw fireworks from Jomtien. Comfy bed with lots of storage. Super responsive host helping me reset the wifi and I would go back for the amenities and walking trails nearby. Just know that nothing is new in any of these older locations on Airbnb in Pattaya but still a great value.

Very nice accommodation, well placed, the pool is beautiful. I just wish I had a cleaning more often and the access code to the accommodation in case of forgetting the card inside. Something that's happened 😅

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

Phanpilai place was great. Very easy instructions on how to check in. It was very clean she provided me withbeach/pool towels. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washer worked well. All in all the apartment was great The views from the apartment and also from the rooftop pool were amazing, I would absolutely stay here again!!

Great place. It felt a lot like I was staying at a resort. The amenities at condo (pool, gym, etc) are amazing. The location is excellent. This unit was very clean and well equipped and the host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

I really liked the hotel, good location as described. The beach,shops, entertainment are all very close. The pool is just super, the room is clean, towels are brought every day. And most importantly, you can check in on your own, which is very convenient for late check-in. We checked in without any issues. Thank you for the good service, we will come back again.
