The house is definitely nicer than the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and full of great views. My family and I had a great weekend there, I would recommend this place to anyone!

This cozy cottage is located in a beautiful area surrounded by lots of snow, making it a perfect winter getaway. It’s situated right next to a bobsled track and a children's ski lift, with several ski resorts nearby. The peaceful setting and stunning views make it an ideal place to relax after a day of fun in the snow. Highly recommended for families and winter sports enthusiasts!

Thank you Kasia for your great hospitality. The house is great, we were there as a big family and enjoyed the weekend to the maximum. Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. The rooms are so lovingly designed, you feel comfortable all around:) See you soon!!

We were allowed to spend 4 great days here. The place has everything you need. The area invites you to hike, just beautiful here. The contact on site was very nice and familiar. We will be happy to come back.

My family and I spent the weekend in the house. When we arrived, the caretaker, Jana, was waiting for us, who checked us in and introduced us to everything. We didn't see such a beautifully cleaned house for a long time, she was very accommodating and kind. Truly a class in cleaning👌. There was nothing missing in the house. Complete equipment for children with a large children's play area, ❤️ a wonderful garden. From the kitchen beautiful panoramas 🌲 and Jana baked good for us just a golden woman 🙏 we can only recommend this house. It can be seen that the owners put a piece of themselves in the house, we were happy to be part of 😍 it

Great escape on the foot of the mountains. Just 4,5 hours from Berlin. Will come again.

Beautiful interior design, great light, nice nature, very comfortable bed and sheets, nice view from the house. The host - Martin - was very friendly and kind. The surroundings were just by the ski slopes, so it wasn't crowded (autumn season) and offered nice quiet walk routes. Overall a very nice stay. The only thing which you can't tell from the pictures is that there is a house right in front of the accommodation, so most of your view is a roof of that house. The host was present almost the whole time so it wasn't super private. The hiking routes were mostly just asphalt and not a real nature hiking routes, so we weren't big fans of it, but the mountains were very nice to look at regardless, the river was nice and the town has a few cute places to have a lunch / tea / drink. There was some problem with the electricity in the house but the host was very responsive and tried to help immediately.

Everything in this place was great. Highly recommend.

It was our first time in Poland and the truth is that we felt very comfortable in Edyta's apartment. Very clean and cozy! Our concern was that we did not have a private parking space for our motorcycles. The city is quite small and there is no offer of private or public parking in enclosed spaces. In any case, there is always open parking available in front of the buildings. There was no problem. Edyta is always available by phone. Thank you!

Amazing apartment, suitable for a couple. Perfectly clean and furnished with taste, with all amenities that you'll need. Neighbourhood is quiet, with supermarkets right outside of the building and with free on the street parking. Great access to mountains and larger cities if you come by car. Highly recommend this place if wisiting this area.

Very kind and helpful family who welcomed us. The house was clean and pleasantly surprised by the candy on the beds. It was also a pleasant surprise that the family knows Russian and could easily agree. Would love to stay again.🙂

The apartment is cozy, clean,fully furnished and equipped , we felt at home. It is located in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen (washing supplies), including tea... especially great coffee from nespresso coffee,bathroom clean including bath towels and towel (soap, shower, toilet paper). Great starting place to walk, hiking, a few lifts for small and big, children's playground, groceries. Communication with the owner was great. Our stay was great, we will be happy to come back.

Highly recommend the apartment. It is big, clean, cozy, comfortable, has everything you may need, located in walkable distance to hiking trails, cable-lifts, kids attractions and restaurants . Fast response from the owner. Big advantage is self-checkin , you can arrive wherever you want ( most other properties in the area have check-in until 18.00) . One minor disadvantage we had was Wi-Fi: it is very poor , worked much worse than mobile internet , which also was far away from good in the area

We had a wonderful time in Marta's flat,very quiet and surrounded by nature . The flat was well equipped with everything one needs. The contact with Martha was efficient and helpful. We ,as a family can warmly recommend this place.

Great place in the mountains, perfect for winter fun. We felt very good in the apartment, it was equipped with everything you need + it was very cozy, tasteful. We were there with a 2-year-old daughter, and there was absolutely everything for her, so we didn't have to bring a lot of things, which we really appreciate.

Rob and his family were wonderful hosts. Very nice and welcoming. helped us with all we needed. The place was beautiful, everything comfortable and clean. The surrounding of the house is beautiful 😍 Green hills with sheep 🐏 and thousands of amazing mushrooms 🍄! Would love to come again when it snows.

Cozy little apartment with extensive amenities. If you like to cook, you will feel comfortable here. There were two of us and we had enough space. It might be a little tight for more people. Russell was always easily accessible and supported us well. The nearby area offers various wonderful winter sports grounds that old can be reached quickly and easily. The property also offers a lot of board games and a puzzle, which we have tackled with joy. We had a great time here.

Beautiful clean place, flexible check-in, no problems with the self check-in process, on the contrary, we received exact instructions, absolutely great, quiet location.

We decided to stay overnight in order to go to Adršpach. When I looked for a place to stay, the host immediately helped me. I was able to stay in a very homely Czech style house. On that day, the hosts were enjoying a BBQ, and I was invited to join them, which turned out to be a great feast. It was an unforgettable memory of Czech Republic.

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment. Navic communication with Miss Tereza, one can see that she really cares about having a great stay. I definitely recommend if you want to explore local beauty like Adrspach or Teplicke rocks and you need somewhere to stay.
