The location was fantastic, just down the road from the beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Host was extremely welcoming and friendly, always available if I needed anything. Apartment was cleaned every Friday and he even gave me a lift to the airport when I checked out. A good man and would visit again. Room was spacious.

We loved this place it exceeded Our expectations property is beautiful. The resort is amazing and so is all the staff. Next time we would come a bit later in Jan as the weather was the only issue we had with our stay. Would book again 100% great for friends and family luxurious,comfortable accommodation for a good price. Plus close 10-15 walk to many amazing restaurants, cafe and coffee shops.

It is a good accommodation for group travelers. We had 12 people in a separate room. Each room is a double bed, which can sleep 2 people. Some rooms have two double beds. The interior is not as tidy as a hotel, but there were no major complaints because it was enough to rest. My Khe Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, and Han Market takes about 10 minutes by Grab.(Grab well caught) There is also a big convenience store (close at midnight), a massage shop nearby, and a rice noodle shop that you can easily eat in the morning.

Jack was an amazingly responsive host, always available and super helpful and supportive. He, his adorable daughters and "Brainy" the flower horn fish were definitely the highlight of our stay in Da Nang. We stayed at two of his apartments, both were very clean and well equipped. The building is quiet and well located, a few blocks from the beach and close to great bakeries and coffee shops. Thank you again, Jack!

Perfect for 9 people. There were stairs, so it was a pity that there was an elderly adult, but there was also a bathroom in each room, so it was comfortable.
